Delia is amazing! I have been coming to her for 3 months now.
I’m 25 yet my acne is as common as it was when I was 16. My first visit Delia was so nice and engaging, she told me what I can do at home to help my acne while also providing me with information on what we’ll be doing here.
Seriously I love my time here! My face has cleared up and every time I go there I feel so much better. I’ve even fallen asleep on the bed because it’s so relaxing haha.
I’m not sure about the other review, because Delia is the most pleasant person I’ve ever met! I highly recommend coming here on a day off from work to relax.

Upon arriving 10 minutes early for my 1pm appointment I found the door to Porefection Day Spa locked with a sign on the door that says «Shh…Treatment in process» which was perfectly okay. I sat down on the provided chairs outside and waited. 5 minutes later a gentleman comes and knocks on the door, Delia then comes out and tells me I have to wait another 30 minutes for my 1pm appointment without an apology. Of course I’m not going to wait I have a schedule to keep and her lack of planning was very unprofessional. I will try to get my money for the Groupon I paid for refunded and will not be rescheduling.
