If you want your furniture in one piece, do not use this company to move!!! The salesman was very professional when selling the move the first day, but everything changed quickly. The day they were supposed to pack up my home, they called and said they would be late, then called again and said they could not come at all. I had this scheduled for almost two months, and my move was in two days! They came the next day, a day I had a class paid for, so I lost $ 80 for my class. I asked for that reimbursement… never got it even though it was their fault. The packers showed up unhappy that they were sent out on Sunday and left many cupboards and items not packed. The day of the move two young men showed up, made a big dent in the wall of the condo, told me it’s a 5 dollar patch job and told me that they heard me the first time when I asked them to watch the walls, very rude and nasty to me during the move, made rude comments. Told me they didn’t care about a good referral because they are already so busy. It took all day for them to pack up my 2 bedroom condo. Because they were driving too fast with a full load of furniture, when they had to make a sudden stop, my furniture was crushed, my office equipment, instead of being packed properly by the packers, was thrown into one big speed box and printers were broken, my ceramic floor lamp was broken, pottery, my hutch, couch arms were scuffed, my stone coffee table had two legs completely severed, and my headboard was left with shrink wrap holding it together. They never even told me they had broken it and just left it that way. I was charged $ 1800 for this job. The only thing the owners would do was send repair people to glue, nail, patch and solder my furniture back together. I am left with patched up furniture. It took over two months for the last piece to be «repaired.» I only asked for them to pay for the new coffee table ($ 300) which I had to purchase, which was half the value of the one they ruined. They would not do it. They insisted on fixing the broken legs. I have moved many times and never had damage like this ever.
