Poor service. Work was not completed at time of appointment. Was without my vehicle for another two days.

Mike is the man to deal with. He installed an after market stereo and subwoofer for me several years ago so I decided to go back. Everything was done to perfection. I went back recently for them to install some headlights and some other custom lighting. He phoned me with some problems I had with the aftermarket halo lights I purchased. He was able to get everything sorted and installed exactly the way I asked. His pricing in my opinion is more than fair (I check around too) I would recommend VIP to anyone.

I went in to get an in-​dash GPS/​DVD unit installed in my new truck. They had great prices and I ended up with a professional-​grade install. While I was waiting I could tell that they really try to help the customer out as much as possible. They know the equipment inside and out and are willing to help customers save some money when possible.
I’m pretty happy with how everything turned out but there are some minor problems with the install that I’m hoping to get solved. They’re very obvious problems and I was a bit surprised they weren’t mentioned to me when my car was returned. If you made a mistake or if you can’t do something, let me know, don’t try and leave it and hope I don’t notice.
I’d recommend these guys for basic installs but if you’re trying to get a lot of gadgets hooked-​up, shop around a bit more.
