I LOVE Omcore! The studio is beautiful and very clean and welcoming. The instructors are wonderful! From Tricia’s Hot Power or Barre Class to Tannis’ Hot Power to Karen’s Yin class — I always have a great experience. A variety of classes are offered, so you can get a great workout or take a deeply relaxing and restorative class! Definitely my favorite place for yoga and barre on St. Simons!

Omcore is literally my favorite place on St. Simons. I was very new to the island when I met Patricia and she has made this transition so much easier for me. The studio is very clean, welcoming, has great class selections and the staff is so awesome. Patricia’s barre class kicks my butt every time and her gentle yoga class relaxes my mind and body. You definitely will not be disappointed :-)
