So I just tried their pizza for the first time last night and I was really happy with it! First of all, prices aren’t outrageous for an ORGANIC shop. I love that they believe in good quality food products! Pizza was BIG!!! We cut it ourselves(as they recommend for taste) so I can’t compare it to having them cut it. We got the Parma: white pizza w/mozzarella, arugula, mushrooms, truffle oil, and prosciutto and it was DIVINE. I’m so happy I have leftovers. I can’t wait to order from them again! My only small piece of advice(nothing to do with the food!) would be to fix up the area where the outside tables are. A little landscaping would make it a nicer place to sit. Definitely try Amazing Pizza!

I have eaten here a couple times and I wish I could give a zero star review. The woman who I think is the owner is an awful human being. I have seen her treat customers horribly and mock them and call them names all while the place is packed with bystanders. She likes to talk about how«Amazing» they are but my order has been wrong more often than not. Conveniently every time your order is taking 2x longer than expected she has the same excuse that her delivery guy is not there and they are short handed. Please do not go here. Read the reviews here on Unilocal and you will see a theme for all the negative reviews.

Great pizza. Have lived in Beverly for 10 years and have always been disappointed with the pizza, especially delivery. THANKYOU Amazing for saving the area from crap pizza! We just ordered the Big Pepperoni and it was excellent. Filled with flavor, perfectly cooked, and great, thin crust. Nice job, guys!

Stopped in with my daughter after touring Salem State. The pizza was delicious and the staff were more than friendly. If she chooses to attend Salem State the place will be revisited with a doubt. The only hesitation in not giving 5 stars is that it’s only a 1 table joint. I paid with a credit card and on the screen it asked me how much i wanted to tip them. For What? ?!! Taking my order? !

Fantastic. Food is fresh and well thought out. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in years. And they deliver.

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 2 pm based on a Facebook tip of 14 Pizza Places in MA that will make your mouth explode. Two people were working behind the counter, a male and female. A customer was ahead of us which was fine because my friend and I had no idea what we were getting. Specials included pizza slices, a few sandwiches made on fresh bread on display and soup. The female greeted us and asked if it was our first time here and we said«yes». She was very friendly and proceeded to explain the slices after we asked what they were … cheese, pepperoni and bruschetta. We decided to have a slice of each to share and she offered to cut each slice into halves. We also ordered the philly cheese steak after she told us it was shaved grass fed ribeye served on a soft ciabatta roll. Seating is VERY limited. One small table and four stools. Luckily we were the only dine-in patrons. We helped ourselves to drinks from the cooler and while we were waiting, our server offered a complimentary tasting of their soup of the day, chicken noodle. She offered to put it in two separate containers but we weren’t bothered by sharing a container which was about 1⁄3 full. It was made with chucks of white meat chicken, pasta, carrots, celery and was very tasty. Soon after our two slices arrived. The pepperoni was slightly more heated that the cheese because she was cooking our philly cheesesteak and talking to us at the same time and forgot about the pepperoni slice. Still edible but a bit more crispy that the cheese slice. Both slices were delicious! Not greasy and the crust was so light and crispy! The philly cheesesteak arrived in a clear plastic container as we were finishing our pizza. She offered to slice the sub in half which was made it easier to share. The beef was SO tender(melt in your mouth) and flavorful. Cooked with peppers, onions and mushrooms with melted cheese, it was outstanding! We pondered ordering a salad along with the pizza and cheesesteak but we were glad we didn’t because the pizza and sub were very filling. As we stepped up to the counter to pay, homemade heath bar cookies were being refilled in the container on the counter. We were full but not too full to take one to go. Total tab was around $ 25 and we couldn’t tell you how much each item was as the prices weren’t on display on the specials board. Cookie was crunchy vs soft and was a little disappointing based on the experience we had with our lunch. A great place to visit when the weather is nice. Good scenery for outdoor dining. Great first experience and lovely young lady behind the counter!

The food is very good, pricey and their effort to embarrass you into paying a tip is annoying. That said, my meatball sub was one of the best I have had. A real, rich marinara sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes– and meatballs with MEAT in them vs, fillers. And the bread is from Iggys. When busy the place is chaotic. They are probably at the point where they need to expand and have more seating.. It is now almost strictly a take-out. The pizza looked very good, although I did not try it. Worth a special trip.

Upon finding this tiny gem, I was initially hesitant, but I’m so glad we found them. We were welcomed so warmly that I am so glad that we got there early, to be able to meet Jackie(the owner) and her terrific team. Are they PASSIONATE about their all-natural and very high-quality ingredients? The answer is a resounding YES!!! When you create something SOGOOD, how can you not have pride? We ordered pepperoni pizza with fresh garlic and green peppers, and it was SOGOOD, I should have ordered one for the ride home. We sat inside their shop and could not stop smiling. Or eating. Wow. I think we set a new personal best for consuming a large pie. Good thing we planned to walk it off with some waterfront wandering. This is now on my short list of places to bring friends. We’ll be back, in force, in the summer months. I cannot wait to sample your sandwich selection. See you soon!

New Review. Updated. Owner takes advantage of her employees. She does not pay fairly, or on time. Why should an employee have to ask for his/her check? Shady… She takes advantage of people and talks behind employee and customer’s backs. Fake, fake, fake. She won’t ever receive my business again!

Absolutely the Best Pizza in Salem No ifs and an butts about it, have the margarita pizza it was absolutely phenomenal ! price is it normal for Salem but so mouthwatering, oh my god it was to die for. my brother lives near it, close to the Salem Willows he got the meat ball sub he thought was little expensive but said it was awesome my only complaint was the owner has a bit of an up and down attitude went in to get a menu she seemed a bit bitchy also when I first called to ordered the Pizza seemed annoyed at my questions but when I called to rave about the pizza it was like I was talking to a different lady she thanked me up and down her husband delivered it, he was very nice But a woman or man who owns a Busy pizza shop with an attitude should hire employees and stay home My advice smile no matter what It’s your job to make the customer happy because no matter how good your food is if customers aren’t happy they won’t come back but I’ll order few more times could have been a bad 2 days or 3 Sorry about my punctuation marks etc. lol

Our Go-To Pizza place for all the right reasons! First: Great Pizza that is ALWAYS good, day in, day out. Second Super Friendly staff, whether it’s the owner Jacqui or anyone else there at the time(and she’s almost always there). They use local and organic ingredients whenever possible and still keep the prices reasonable for high-end pizzas. The crusts are perfect every time– and the whole family really likes the various recipes they use. Lastly, they keep the place clean, have a nice selection of small craft sodas, and are easy to get to for anyone living in the Salem Common or Collins Cove area of Salem.

I’ve been holding off leaving a review for a really long time because for some reason when you say something(deservedly) negative about anything in Salem, it’s like you’ve insulted the entire town(«if you don’t like it, then move» is the town mantra). And, I generally don’t like to leave bad reviews of a place. But this needs to be said: When this place first opened, I was excited like everyone else, because it was such a long time coming. I ordered a pizza within the first couple weeks they were open. We got the one with the olive oil«drizzle». ITWASNODRIZZLE. The pizza was soaked with olive oil, like 1⁄8 of a cup of oil was dumped on there. It was more oily than every boardwalk pizza that you have to tip and let the oil pour off and then use a pile of napkins to soak up. It was pretty bad. We still ate it, so it wasn’t the worst pizza ever, but it wasn’t good. The puddles of oil were so distracting, I can’t even say if anything else about the pizza was good. All I can think of is all the oil. We thought maybe it was a fluke, so ordered again a few weeks later to give them a second chance. We ordered a pizza with spinach and some other things. THESPINACHWASRAW. Just a pile of raw spinach plopped on top of our pizza. Seriously. There’s a photo up there with a nice looking pizza with spinach, so I know they don’t always do this, but why in the world would they do it once? Why did you do that Amazing Pizza? You could have called us back and told us you made a mistake and asked us if we wanted to leave off the spinach or wait for you to make us a new pizza. Instead you took the easiest, and lamest, way out. And you lost two customers for it. Again, the pile of raw spinach was so distracting, I can’t even say if anything about the pizza was good. They have many good reviews(and recently won best pizza in Salem), so maybe they have good pizza when they don’t totally screw up, but I’ll never find out.

I’ve been to Amazing Pizza twice now, each visit for different types of meals. My reasoning is that it is down the street from where I live and, every so often, I’m feeling like lazy good-for-nothing who doesn’t want to wander far to stuff food in my face. My first experience was with the first part of their namesake, pizza. They had a decent line leading into the small, quaint shack that they operate out of. The folks inside were friendly and helpful. I ordered two slices of pie: pepperoni and veggie. At the register, I couldn’t but grab one of the made-fresh, in-store cookies for dessert. I headed to Collins Cove next door and munched away. The pizza is fairly on-par with other offerings in the area. Is it less greasy? Absolutely. Would I pay a premium price again for«organic» pizza? Probably not. While I appreciate the sentiment of what they’re doing, I wouldn’t say that it is superior pizza. It’s tasty, don’t get me wrong, but $ 16⁄17 per pie tasty… no. My second trip warranted a taste of one of their sandwiches. I ordered the«Mama Meat a ball» which, let me tell you, is a monster of a sandwich. I was not expecting the sheer size and amount of food this monstrosity consisted of. You could, easily, share this sandwich with another person. It was delicious! It was definitely one of the better meatball subs I’ve had in the area. Here’s the breakdown: Pros — Tasty food, large portions on the sandwiches — Friendly staff — Good location Cons — Premium priced ingredients lead to more expensive meals — Made-to-order tends to take more time. Keep in mind if you’re in a hurry. — Parking/dine-in is not existent. Based on their website though, they are working on that! In short: good food, nice folks, higher prices.

This is more like a 2.5, but I don’t believe in down-rating, so 3 it is. This is one of the better/best places to get pizza in Salem, but the bar is kind of low. It is amazing how many places exist that deliver such awful pizza. Amazing isn’t one of them, but I don’t think they’re a 4 or 5 star place. However, there are several positives– They took our order late on a Sunday night when little else was open. The toppings were excellent, can’t complain about the quality here. Staff was a lively bunch and very proud of their product. The aroma of the pizza was heavenly. When I went in I was asked if I had tried the place before, and I hadn’t, they said«You’ll never get pizza anywhere else». They asked where I normally go and I said I don’t really care for many of the places locally, but I am a Riverview Pizza(Ipswich) lover, a 5 star Unilocal favorite and North Shore institution. The owner quickly said«That place is garbage». Gauntlet thrown. With that type of bravado, you need to back it up with… wait for it… amazing pizza. So I’m basically expecting the pizza equivalent of tantric sex with an in-her-prime Raquel Welch to occur upon first bite of this pizza. What I got was the equivalent of getting with an attractive rich girl that acts like a dead fish and left me with TMJ. The sauce has absolutely zero flavor, it tasted like tomato purée with nothing added. It was a major disappointment, because the aroma of the pizza lead me to believe that this was going to be one flavorful pie. The crust/dough was a lengthy jaw workout, by my third slice my jaw was seriously aching. It had decent flavor, but who can enjoy it when you need to chew each bite 100 times just to break it down enough to swallow it? We can skip the underrated«leftover breakfast pizza» ranking because I did not dare risk my million dollar smile on cold leftovers. Complaining about the price is a waste of time, you’re paying for the quality of ingredients and there is no denying they are working with quality items, they just don’t always add up to a great pie. And for what it’s worth, I can get 5 – 6 pizzas from my favorite ‘garbage’ place for the price of two of theirs and no lockjaw. So there’s that… Given all the fawning reviews and the boasting of the place, I expected more, but I honestly was underwhelmed. I’ll likely give it another shot, but not before my jaw goes through some sort of 80s training montage to toughen up for the second round. Sincerely, Juggernaut :queue Separate Ways for 80s training montage:

I love Amazing Pizza. My father and sister kept saying how good it was, and I agree. We got a spinach, scallion, and tomato pizza. It was full of veggies, the crust was crisp, and the cheese to sauce ratio was good. The ingredients were very fresh. I placed a pick-up order, and it was ready on time. Staff was pleasant to speak with and I look forward to ordering again.

This is gourmet pizza and all the ingredients are top notch. This is not a place that you can compare prizes to Domino’s or the ________House of Pizza. The owner seems to be know by many of the locals and she is super friendly. The shop is very small for the customers waiting and the parking lot can hold only a few cars. This is a nice place to have in the area. Unfortunately, I have not been around to order in the last 6 months so I am going on the 2 times I ordered from here shortly after opening.

This place is as good as it gets. Jackie, the owner, is SUPER pleasant and fun to talk to. I just moved to Boston from Webb St — honestly, this place and Howling Wolf are two establishments that I will sorely miss and will make points to come to when I visit the north shore. I just always get the Big Cheese because the sauce is OUTSTANDING and the cheeses are excellent. I tried the bruschetta pizza on my last visit and I loved it. That’s my new go to: chunkier san marzano tomatoes, cheese, fresh basil… mmm mmmm! The salads might look expensive for a pizza shop, but you will NOT be disappointed. The produce is super fresh and colorful and the salads are a great size. Greek is my favorite and I’m dying to go for the antipasto one day. My roommate LOVES the eggplant parm sub special so I guess that’s worth checking out. If you haven’t been before, start with the big cheese. It’s so simple and perfect. This cute little place has it all
