I haven’t eaten at Carl’s for many years. I am not sure why, I’ve just always been a Jack in the box fan. Well in the past several years Jack’s food quality isn’t very good, so we stopped here for breakfast. The service was very good, they deliver your meal to your table and the girl behind the counter even came by to make sure everything was ok. The food was fresh and very hot. Everything tasted great and the food quality was awesome.

Had definitely gotten better. Better food quality. Service ten times better. Good job. I’m a fan again.

Came in here the other day with my sister. The staff were very friendly and we got our food quickly and correctly. However there wasn’t a soul in the restaurant eating except us and most all the tables were dirty. However the lady who took our order and brought us our food started to clean the dining room while we were eating. However unless a huge crowd left just before us the tables should have been cleaned before we entered. Only giving a 3 stars because of the very friendly lady who helped us.

In addition to being unable to make one of the most simple food, they now seem to be chronically understaffed in the mornings. If there were anywhere else that had breakfast burritos on my way to work, I’d go there.

The food is passable enough for a night when I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to cook. However, I think the management is a problem. The manager gives me the creeps, he has horrible customer service skills and is always trying to make his employees work too fast through the drive through. They’re so busy trying to move customers through they hardly have time to make sure they give you the right food. It’s not even that busy 90% of the time. I’ve heard the manager lecturing his employees, and he makes them over-ice the drinks so they don’t «waste the soda.» I really just feel sorry for the people working here. They need a new boss.

yet another horror story to tell you all about. we frequent this place, since my hubby is losing weight and doing the low carb thing. so he orders the $ 6 low carb burger. anyway, I usually go with him and order a quesadilla or side salad or fries… whatever veggie stuff they have. so about a month ago, we went, place was dead(no one else inside), and ordered two side salads, two quesadillas, and two low carb burgers. we go have a seat. a lady then brings out our two salads. one of the salads was fine, the other was inedible. why inedible? lettuce was BLACK and the whole thing was ooozy/mushy. ICK. so thinking our other food was coming out next, I waited to complain about the salad. WAIT. tic toc. More watiing. TICTOC. 20 minutes go by, when finally our food arrives. I show her the salad and tell her it’s inedible. She says sorry and will go retrieve me a new one. WAITING. tic toc. WAIT. TICTOC. 10 more minutes go by. I don’t even see her anywhere. She vanished! What I’m not gonna do is go up to the counter and complain for another $ 1.99 salad. So we left. What I can do is email corporate from their website. Which I did. Corporate emailed back within two days that their franchise manager would get back to me. A month now later, no one has gotten back to me. I left them my phone number AND home address. Nothing. All over a freakin’ salad! Oh my freakin’ gosh. How hard is customer service? I give up.

I’m trying to find something to like here. Oh deep fried zucchini. Yeah. That’s it. Every time the order is wrong, the food is nasty. I rarely eat here but yesterday the boyfriend goes for breakfast orders 2 sausage egg biscuit sandwich and brought home 2 sausage and gravy biscuits. Then when he returned they made him pay to replace the screwed up order. He probably didn’t say anything and acted rude, because he thinks people will spit in his food. I try to tell him that probably happens any way. The moral if the story is to make sure you check your order before your leave.
