Cheap gas station donuts. The worst egg sandwich I’ve ever had, trashed it. Hope this place moves out of that prime spot

Good doughnuts. Bad service. Grungy counters. Empty coffee urn(later refilled). Sloppy housekeeping in bathroom. Dim lighting. The whole place needs a facelift. They just moved into a 30 year-old restaurant without changing anything. A doughnut shop should ‘Sparkle’. The place does not! And the sign on the store… hard to read! Poorly done graphics. Won’t go again.

Prices are great and food is tasty, but they never have the bacon burrito only the sausage. Im not even sure why it is on the menu.

I very rarely eat donuts and when I do… I certainly want the best. This is a family owned donut shop, so why shouldn’t I expect the best. I absolutely love family owned restaurants and or pastry shops/cafes. One thing I have grown to expect from a «family owned» donut shop is everything baked to be from scratch. I am a tough critic of donut places because I grew up down the street from a Mennonite donut shop in the deep country on the state line of West Virginia and Ohio. Everything came off their farm. They ran it out of their house on their farm, it was incredible! First thing I noticed is the jelly filling in the donuts, it was packed full of high fructose corn syrup… I can tell that taste from anywhere, they put it in everything now a days. In other words they probably get their jelly and custard(if you want to call it jelly and custard) delivered by a truck, made in a factory, along with all the other ingredients. What every happened to good old fashioned from scratch non-synthetic ingredients. I will not be visiting this donut shop again, I’ll wait to go back home to the Mennonites. Only positive thing from the taste perspective, they taste better than Dunkn’ Donuts, Krispy Kreme and Sheetz donuts.

if you live somewhere, anywhere, it is always nice to have a place where you can go have a cup of coffee and a doughnut. You imagine getting the paper(of your choice) and heading down to enjoy a hot cup and a round delight. This place fills the check mark in this category. It is nothing more and nothing less. There are times when you want something simply down to earth and normal. You may not want a macchiato, cappuccino, or a latte, you simply want a cup of joe and something sweet to eat with it. If you have a hankering for this then this place is for you.

These were some delicious and well-price crullers. Got a whole dozen to share with the family over Christmas, and became very popular because of it. I’ll be back.

The doughnut showcase had 15 – 20 varieties of baked goodies, but No Labels on any of them and no descriptions. I’m in a line of 5 customers in December 2015. The lady at the counter ordering asked the server what each item in the case was, and its price. This took about 4 – 5 minutes for her to decide on 3 different items before she paid and left. Then the man next in line did the same thing — he had to point to a pastry and ask«What is this?» If he liked the answer, he would then ask«How much is it?» The server pointed to a un-lighted menu board located near the ceiling behind the counter. It was hard to see the prices, but no one except the server knew what was in the display, since there were no labels. After the third customer repeated the same thing, I glanced at my watch and noticed that I had been waiting for 9 minutes and there were still 2 in front of me. Forget it, those doughnuts don’t look any better than the ones Sheet’s sells and nowhere nearly as good as the ones Our Daily Bread right down the street has. Doughnut World is a sad little shop with clueless owners and mangers. Go on home folks, there is nothing to see here.

So many options! It’s great to see something other than dunkin donuts and Krispy Kreme in the area! Can’t wait to go back and try more. They even have samples you can try while you wait and made a special doughnut for us while we were there. The workers were all very nice and accommodating

I checked it out this evening. Prices are competitive to Krispy Kreme. I tried the Blueberry Fritter, Apple Cinnamon Fritter and Strawberry Fritter. All 3 were awesome. The variety of different donuts is good, will definitely return to sample more tasty treats.
