Zaxby’s Dining, LLC

Zaxby’s was a good, quick road stop right off 81. Really clean restaurant. The Zalad had a good about of veggies, which were fresh. The chicken tenders were on point (staple item). Not a huge fan of the crinkle fries. Higher prices on menu items then some other quick eat alternatives.

Have not eaten at zaxby’s in awhile though it would be a treat. Food good, floor sticky, charge for condiments.

Not quiet Fast Food as each order appears to be cooked fresh and is not stale. Service is great and friendly. this appears to be a well managed restaurant unlike some of the other chain restaurants along West Main Street. the food is always served hot and is very good. the only complaint is cut back on the salt. as another reviewer said they always over salt their fries. Still Zaxby’s is a cut above the other nearby chain restaurants

My buddy had a friend who suggested that this restaurant was the bee’s knees. Something about the awesomeness of this southern chain restaurant. So he hyped it up a lot before we got there about the chicken tender sandwich.
Wellllll…we got there — it was a nice restaurant, clean and nice for a fast food restaurant. So we ordered the chicken tender sandwiches, fries, onion rings and drinks and sat down to eat.
First thing we both noticed was the overwhelming amount of Salt that was used in the breading. Tasted the fries, seasoning was good, but again way over salted. The Onion Rings weren’t over salted like everything else was, but they were good still. If the sandwich wasn’t oversalted, it PROBABLY would have been alright… but i couldn’t taste anything but salt — so i couldn’t tell.
Oh well… sorry Zaxby’s…maybe i’ll try again later in the future.

I was traveling up and down (3 days later) I-​81 and decided I wanted something semi-​quick for my meal but did not want to stop at the usual fast food joints. I saw the sign for Zaxby’s and exited to find it.
As I mentioned in my tip, the restaurant is quite a distance from the Interstate and you will pass every fast food place and every retail place known to man (well, almost) before you hit Zaxby’s. But if you love Zaxby’s food, it’s worth it.
On my trip north, I got my order to go so I did not notice anything special about the service. On the trip south, I missed the first lunch rush and was the only one in the restaurant at the time. I was greeted by several employees right away. Wow. Then I thought they might be closed since it was so dead. But they weren’t. The girl at the counter took my order and said that she would bring it out to me.
The food is consistent with any other Zaxby’s but for this location and that is always a good thing, it’s the service that shines.
I’ll remember this location when I am passing through again!

I thought this place had incredibly good chicken. I got the chicken tender sandwich. Get the zaxbys sauce.

First time going to Zaxbys. Unfortunately I was not impressed. Wasn’t too clean inside. The chicken fingers were overcooked. The fries were not great.
