Elements Massage

Such a wonderful atmosphere! From the minute you are checked in to the minute you leave you are treated like royalty. My massage was amazing and I’m so thankful my therapist was able to get all my knots out! I joined their wellness program and wow what a great deal! I will be recommending Elements to all my friends and family.

What a scam. My son wanted a massage because he strained a muscle. I paid with my card, and then my son went for the massage later in the day. They convinced him to take a membership and pay $ 59 per month. They then proceeded to charge MY card. I didn’t sign up for or okay a membership. Ridiculous and a scam. Buyer beware. My credit card company said I will get my money back, but this is just NOT okay

I have to admit that I never thought I would try this place. I drive by it all the time and they advertise a first time special for $ 49 (55 min). I figured if that was the special price, then the regular price is way too much, as a buck a minute is around what I normally pay. However, someone mentioned that they were great there, and I had a neck problem that I needed worked on. I had some time today, so I thought I would call to see if they had an opening… and they did!
I arrived a few minutes early per instructions. When I walked in, I was immediately impressed by the calming décor and cleanliness of the waiting area. After I filled out a brief intake form, they showed me the bathroom and the waiting area, which was very cozy and warm.
My therapist, Trudy, came to get me on time and showed me into the room. Again, very clean and warm. There was calming music playing as well as some nature background noise. It sounded great acoustically… sometimes a little boom box set up in the corner sounds terrible, so I appreciated the sound here.
Trudy asked how much pressure I liked and I explained I liked a deep massage. She did not disappoint! I actually asked her to let up in a few spots. It was a nice mix of deep tissue work and gentle relaxing strokes. As an athlete, I need someone who knows the muscles and can work out the kinks, wherever they may be. She did great.
I ended up signing up for the membership, which is basically a commitment to get 1 massage a month. I’m looking forward to going back and will definitely ask for Trudy again. I love that they can schedule same day appointments (although you may not always get the therapist you want) and the location can’t be beat.

I went here for the first time today, and had an excellent experience. The salon is very clean, warm and friendly. I got the 55 minute massage by Trudy and was very pleased! I already have another massage booked for next month! :) Highly recommend!

The first time I walked into Elements Massage, I instantly felt relaxed as I took in the warm & friendly atmosphere and soft music. The staff at the front desk immediately greeted me in and made me feel right at home. I filled out the brief intake form and was ready for my massage within minutes. This left me some time to relax and enjoy the waiting room.
My therapist was excellent and really cared about customizing the massage to address my needs at that time. Personally, I like to chat a little bit during my massage and zone out from time to time. And he certainly enabled me to do that while supporting a delightful conversation.
After the massage, I received a professional recommendation which was right on the money. I still use the stretches he taught me, and have benefited greatly from them.
The next day, as rolled out of bed, I felt FANTASTIC. This therapist really knew his stuff. He didn’t force my muscles too much, leaving me bruised. And he hit all the knots, leaving me feeling very flexible. And the mild ache that I often carry around between my shoulder blades and in my back was TOTALLY GONE!
I can’t thank Elements Massage enough for the difference they have made in my life. I’ve been a frequently client ever since my first visit. And I feel like I have a partner, or a secret weapon in my overall fitness and wellness goals.

I really enjoyed my experience at Elements in Salem, NH. The people were very nice, the atmosphere was relaxing and the provider was excellent in her skills. She targeted the spots where I was tense and had pain even though I didn’t tell her about them. I felt really good after my massage and will go there again. We even went on a day when it was snowing and were afraid they would close, but they were there for our appointment without any delay (well a short delay, but nothing to worry about).
