Slow and rude service. Worst hair cut ever, could totally tell she was new, it would be nice to train staff prior to having them cut hair.

Checked in online 20 minutes before arriving. One of the girls said it would be 15 minutes. 3 other people waiting as well. The other girl working there just leaves to go smoke outside and doesn’t come back. After waiting 45 minutes and growing increasingly irritated, we left. Never ever ever going back.

Kathy makes this place 3 stars. excellent employee and very friendly. she’s the best! other employees seem distant and don’t wanna be there. i now usually go to the Lancaster/​Target location. they always seem friendlier.
