The hair«stylist» here was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever encountered in retail… My 3 year old granddaughter accidently knocked down some plastic brushes and this witch acted as if she caused absolute mayhem she was so obnoxious and was yelling at my daughter from across the store… so two customers lost there… and believe me the word will be spread…

I have worked at Hair Cosmopolitan for almost 5 months until today! Working there was a great opportunity and was really fun for me! I really did love working there but there are just a couple things that people should know! I don’t want to be ungrateful or disrespectful but I am honest. The girls there are all wonderful and I had no problem with them including the hair stylists. But the owners are not professional what so ever! They are disrespectful and very rude especially in front of customers! When they hire or fire they don’t know how to do it professionally. Owner is not organized and doesn’t know how to do anything! So for those who apply there… DONT!!! The job is NOTWORTH the money. I bet you’ll be better at McDonald’s lol jk but seriously girls come and they go because they don’t get treated right there! I give props to the ones who’ve stayed… Kuddos to you! But I’m worth something better and that’s why the Lord showed me that 2 weeks before! I’m proud of myself because I got hired to 2 different jobs and got both of them! So YAY me! Good Luck to those at Hair Cosmo hope you move up to something way better than that shit hole!

The only reason I would continue to shop hair is because of their vast selection of brands and hair products. But after today I might just stick to Ulta from now on. The girls working didn’t even bother to greet us because they were so wrapped up in their own personal conversation. I heard them say«fuck» at least 5 times which is extremely unprofessional. Then when my sister asked«does bosely work well?» And the cashier nicole responded with«meh» an then my sister asked«what would be good for hair growth» the worker Nicole proceeded to respond with«go get biotin from CVS». Sorry did we disrupt your personal conversation?. Clearly you need absolutely no skills or knowledge about hair care to work here so the salon in the back makes no sense to me.

The associate who helped me with the straightners today was AMAZING! my receipt says Jackie and i hope she gets the credit for this, i started out by just asking about the CHI straighteners because i was going to purchase one online but she knew so much information(things that they don’t post in reviews) just things that are generally helpful when purchasing hair products. She let me know that the CHI straighteners did not have a heat setting which ULTA fails to mention on the website. She gave me and my mom all of her attention and we never once felt like she was just a sales person. I bought the BaByliss 1′ with confidence knowing it has a 4 year warranty-Thanks to Jackie

A decent selection of hair and skin products. I get skin toner here. Dermacologica. Its the same price everywhere so really no deals here. Good customer service. Everyone is very friendly. They also give free samples of products if you ask. Located in the Mall at Rockingham Park, downstairs next to Sears.
