Eyewear shops are just one of those types of businesses that you don’t review unless you have serious customer service issues or something. I think that’s why this place has such bad reviews.
I got great help in picking out my frames and was happy with the selection. I have crazy bad eyes with astigmatism and all that so they have to send out for my glasses as expected… they came in in about 4 business days, before the 5 – 7 day promise… good stuff all around, they do a great job here.

I bought a pair of glasses from them and because I have a big proscription They had to send it out and they said the would be thin like the one I have but when I got them after a 3 week wait they where very thick like Goggles and look very cheap so after 3 days I went and got a full refund well never again
