I almost hate to admit I ate here. We were walking out of the mall at 7:30 in the evening and had not eaten dinner. Right there is the«garden bar» which was too tempting. .in we went. We had drinks which were standard fare(fruity margaritas) I had cheeseburgers sliders with side of «garden bar» They managed to cook the sliders medium rare which is quite impressive. Sister had the Louisana shrimp which she enjoyed. I will concede that sometimes the consistency of a good chain is necessary. I would not hestitate to go to another if necessary.

I can hang a name on Ruby Tuesday: Yeeeee-uck. Mrs. Miyagi & I were disgusted after our last, and final visit to Ruby Tuesday in the Rockingham Mall. Mr. Miyagi like all things hot, cause he can take the heat(and dish it out, too — heeee yaaaah!), so he ordered crispy jalapeños. They were neither crispy or spicy. Instead they brought out soggy, limp, shameful green beans encrusted in Mrs. Dash. Very un-yummy. Also, Mr. Miyagi no eat the meat. He ask for zucchini, they bring cow. Big difference between the 2, zucchini don’t say«moo moo». Such a waste. The restaurant was very dirty. Mr. Miyagi step on fork on floor, when reach down to pick up he sees, festering in the corner a rancid napkin covered in vile and bile for what appeared to have been quite awhile. Gag. My advice to Ruby Tuesdays is A. Clean under tables. B. use fresh jalapeños, C. make CRISPY, D. no more Mrs. Dash. You better catch your customers before they slip away… Goodbye Ruby Tuesday. I’m not gonna miss you.

We went there for a quick bite while shopping, both got the salad bar. OMG, we both took some diced meat thinking it was ham, it turned out to be baloney! Are you serious? Then they gave us the little biscuits… two of them, as there was two of us. They were the size of a quarter and were rolling around on this luncheon sized plate. They should be embarrassed! Next time it’s the food court for us.

Last night, after an eight month hiatus, we decided to try your Salem, NH, restaurant again. We had stopped eating here because the food had gone downhill and the service was even worse. Here’s what happened Saturday evening at 5:30PM. Our server, I believe his name was Tom, was very personable, but lacked sever skills. He spilled my wife’s milk on the table and never cleaned it up. My sister-in-law asked to see the allergy-book and he put the binder down right on top of the spilled milk. Three of us got fries with our meals and they were all cold. So Tom said he would get us replacements, which he did, however each replacement was ½ the original serving size. So I don’t think that was right. My soup was hot for a change, so that was a plus. All burgers were barely warm and I thought was strange because they should have come right off the grill. Tom’s biggest problem was he was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. We paid him for the meals on a credit card; he took it and said«I’ll be right back». We signed the credit card receipt, gave it to him and he again said«I’ll be right back». He needs to slow down and stop doing dumb things. So I guess we’ll just give up on your restaurant and continue to go to the one in Manchester, NH, even though we live a mile away in Salem, NH. If you want to know how to run a good restaurant, take lessons from the people in Manchester.

we love ruby tuesdays salad buffet… BUT…this particular restaurant has carpets that make the entire restaurant smell like mildew/boys gym locker room/wet dog… if the entrance/eating area is this dirty… we can only imagine what the kitchen/food prepping would be like…

We tried RT again as they sent us a $ 10 off coupon in the mail. I will just tell you that we should have just thrown it into the trash. Don’t bother.

we ate here for the second time in 3 weeks(thanks to the mall) & I have to say the servers were both great & the food excellent. Their salad bar has fresh crunchy veggies as well as potato salad etc. We ordered 2 appetizers, chicken quesadias & the lettuce wraps both were excellent. server was right there to ask about the meal & to bring our 2nd round of cola’s. It’s nice inside dark paneled with booths & tables. Looked to have a nice bar area w/about 8 seats * a small lounge area to eat in. As we were leaving the server acknowledged us. We will be back.

Every time I come here the menu has changed and I have taken my family here many times over the years. Over that time I would give them an ok/average ratiing, however after today’s visit the service was rough at best. We had a nice waiter, but I think he needs a career change. The first interesting thing happened when he delivered our first sodas, and left them without straws. No big deal, he came back at one point and realized he had not given us any. The wait for the food was longer than usual, then when I got my Rib Eye with fries and onion rings, the catchup provided was a small little tub ¼ full, not even enough for the onion rings. I asked for more and he brings the same thing. At one point all 4 of our glasses were empty. He asked twice if my daughters wanted their drinks refilled, never to bring them. The manager even came by and asked if we needed refills before anything came, and they were only sodas… nothing complicated… Not impressed.

The food is sub-par. The service was horrible. And the plates and glassware were dirty. We requested new plates and they were replaced with ones that were equally dirty. I will never go back to this Ruby Tuesdays. Truly awful.

Salad bar is awesome, otherwise the food is overpriced and the portions are suitable for small children.

Yum. I come for the Turkey Avocado Burger and Mr. Pibb. I also get the salad bar. I do wish they had more salad bar selections like they used to have… Where’s the beef?(I mean, cottage cheese???)

Watch your bill! Today my cousin and I ate there for lunch and we both ordered off the lunch menu. The waitress brought the food, we ate. then she brought over the bill which we were charged for the dinner portion(even though we both pointed out the lunch menu to her when we were ordering) We told the waitress we had ordered the lunch portion and asked her to adjust the bill. She said she put the order in, we ate the food, and she could not adjust the bill. We should have known that we got the dinner portion. How would we know what was the dinner portion? Then she refused to adjust the bill and told us to leave $ 6 less– because she didn’t want the manager to know what she had been up to. Then, since I had the salad bar with my lunch– I barely ate 2 bits of the meal(which she had boxed up for me, before the check came out)…so when we questioned her about the bill– she took away my leftovers. Which would have been fine– if I had eaten the smaller portion– but I barely touched the meal. I will not go there again!

I had my noon time meal here which consisted of Mahimahi, mash potatoes with white cheddar cheese and snap peas. I have had this meal twice and both times it was very good. The fish was prepared with a light buttery seasoned sauce, moist and flaked well. The potatoes were whipped perfectly smooth with a hint of the white cheddar cheese, the snap peas were a little overcooked for my taste but were good. My dining partner had the Salmon, mashed potatoes and broccoli, she said everything was very good. The food was served hot and in prompt time. It took a little longer that necessary for the waitress to bring our bill, I had to get her attention twice before she brought our bill

I just ate here last week, I can’t remember exactly what my dish was called but it was the only menu item in the fish section marked«low fat» and it was fantastic. My date had something like a shrimp parm pasta and it was also awesome. The«free cheddar biscuits» were warm, and melt in your mouth delicious. My only suggestion would be that the biscuits could have come a bit sooner(we were famished!) and it would have been nice if they were served with butter(although I’m sure there are PLENTY of calories already in those little things!). I had a lavender martini(served with a very unique lavender tea bag) which I thought tasted great, had a really cool presentation and was just generally very unique. The server was friendly and we were seated immediately. I really can’t think of anything major to complain about! I’m giving them 4 stars only because they are a chain and I don’t think there was anything super duper amazing about them. In sum, «yay! I’m a fan!» and I will definitely go back.

A review of Ruby Tuesday’s a Rockingham park by S. Osper When I think of this establishment, three words come to mind. «Umm. Well. Okay.» Its not a bad restaurant, but it’s not as good as the stand-alone ones. I’ve typically never had a problem here, but sometimes the foods come out to be yuck. That is typically with the mini cheeseburgers. I suppose if you came in here for a beverage and dessert it would be okay, but why not just head to the food court upstairs if you are desperate? If I could, I would rate this in between two and three stars. But, I’m in a bad mood today, so it’s only getting two. S. Osper

Normally i like Ruby Tuesday… i love the salad bad and I always get it and it never disappoints. Why 3 stars? One of the times I went we were served soup that somehow was frozen slush in the middle… weird! Its pretty consistent and you should know what to expect, fattening but good food, and its located in the mall. wooha
