I had a spill on my laptop on Monday — I was hoping after everything dried off it would be fine, but the keyboard was not OK. In a panic, I looked up places to bring it for repair, and found Laptop Universe… and what a great find it was! David had my laptop fixed within 2 days (and could have fixed it faster had I needed it right away). He’s extremely knowledgeable, fast, and very reasonably priced! I am so happy that I did not end up at one of the big chain stores, nor will I ever go to one again if I need any kind of help with my laptop.
I highly recommend Laptop Universe for all your computer repair needs!

First I have to say that I normally do not go on here and put down reviews for any business. I am going to write a review for this place though.
I walked in here not to long ago and asked David to fix a problem I had on a computer of mine. I needed a lot of work because I have a Desktop from the archaic period. I searched everywhere and checked out other local businesses in the area for expertise, cleanliness, friendliness, and prices. David not only beat their prices, but he explained everything to me in layman terms (I am not computer savvy). He fixed it quickly, and even did an awesome clean-​out job of my desktop P.C. I highly recommend David over the «BIG BOX» stores and others in the area. Guaranteed.
