I emailed Leanne to schedule an appointment via a Groupon deal. She instructed me not to purchase the Groupon and to just pay her directly. While that is slightly weird, I was ok with that because I didn’t have a printer handy anyways. So, the morning of the appointment(granted I booked the day before), Leanne emails saying that(1) she has no studio just a «space» in her home to take the shots and(2) that she booked someone else in the time slot and had to cancel my appointment. I am fine with the«space» in her house as many amateur photographers need this arrangement. As for double booking and not maintaining a schedule, that is just unprofessional. I almost feel more sorry for the client she forgot about.
