McDonald’s

We have be going to this McDonalds EVERY Thursday since January 2015. The service, cleanliness, food, basically every aspect of this place has become so bad that as of tonight we plan on going to a different McDonalds even though it will be completely out of our way. We had to quit using the restrooms last week because for the 3 weeks prior I had to ask for toilet paper and hand towels each week they were completely empty in the ladies restroom. How does that happen when they have room for 2 of the monster size rolls of toilet paper in each stall. Tonight we went thru the drive thru and were in line waiting for drinks only for 10 minutes (we have started timing them due to poor service for months on end now). When we have gone inside for our order the place ALWAYS looks like a wreck, trash everywhere garbage overflowing does anyone actually inspect this store it seems like no one is in charge. The first time the restroom was out of paper goods the handed me napkins and instead of restocking the bathroom they went on hanging out behind the counter. Somebody really should look into what a complete disaster this store is. If I was the franchisee I would be extremely worried.

A very busy McDonald’s that doesn’t take time to make sure your order is rite. My fries was cold still frozen and had as a rock. issing sandwich and only a hamburger pattie instead of just a hamburger plain. Not so clean in dining area.

Horrible service, great management team. Messed up on several orders but the management has always been willing to remedy

My family and I stopped at this mcdonalds around 8p on a Sunday night. The dining area and bathrooms were TRASHED. Garbage, spills, ketchup everywhere. Just disgusting. So if the front looks like that how does the back look?! I chose not to eat because of this. The manager on duty (a heavier-​set woman) had about an inch of butt-​crack and stomach showing because her pants were so low. Very unprofessional and I’m sorry but I am not trying to get a side of buttcrack with my meal no matter where I go, even a mcdonalds. My brothers 4 – 5 items they ordered came out in about 8 minutes and they had no complaints. I don’t think I’ll give them another chance the next time I drive by though.

I am from Washington… I now Heath codes are different but… I know you need to wear gloves when you cook… this guy didn’t do that or wash his hands after he cleaned his noise with his arm… kinda sick… and the men’s bathroom looked like it didn’t get cleaned all day… and the manager needs bigger shirt or to tuck in shirt… we don’t need to see her butt crack.

Great drive thru service, on Thur. June 12^th a little past midnight… service was friendly and efficient… food was delicious… Drive-​thru open 24 hours, close to Hawthorne Street hotels…

I have been here several times but always through the drive-​thru. This was the first time I actually set foot inside the store. I found it to be nice, new and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly and I got my order quickly and without issue.

Quite honestly the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. A disorganized mess would be a compliment.
