Was in there auld 3:30pm and the girl working(by herself) was extremely friendly, way more helpful then needed. Best customer service i have had at a subway EVER.

I go to this location often as it is close to my job, and the service is always«OK» at best, but hey, I don’t go there for the camaraderie so I guess you can say it never really bothered me. That said, I draw the line on sub-par food preparation! On Saturday April 19th, I went in to have one of those new Flatizza’s. Mind you, I have been to other locations so I knew exactly what to expect my Flatizza to look and taste like. This location was a HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT!!! As I went to order the 2 for $ 5 Flatizza special, I watched as the guy behind the counter proceeded to plop the marinara sauce in the center of the Flatizza. I thought to myself, ‘Don’t tell the man how to do his job, I’m sure he knows to spread the sauce evenly on the flat bread,’ NOSUCHLUCK. 1. This guy did not spread the marina sauce 2. This place MUST be on a budget because he proceeded to take one slice of each ingredient and broke it into four pieces(that’s right, ONE tomato slice was broken into four pieces, and the same went with my bell pepper!). He must have felt pretty generous when he gave me six olives instead of the four I was expecting him to give me, based on the rations he had given me with my other two ingredients. 3. He piled all the cheese on top, which made the pre-melt Flatizza look like an elementary school, volcano science project made out of food with the borders of my Flatizza looking painfully desolate. Seeing the final presentation of my Flatizza nearly brought me to tears – in my defense, I’m pregnant and emotional, and I was REALLY craving a Flatizza with proportioned toppings – the disappointment was too much for me to handle at that moment. I was seconds away from telling him, «NEVERMIND!!!,» and just walking out leaving his crappy Flatizza’s to be discarded as they deserved to be, but I didn’t. I figured my words might come out wrong if I told him how I really felt in person, so I decided to write this review instead. Some might argue that the guy was simply having a bad day, but I had watched him fill the sandwich bountifully for the lady who had ordered before me, and after she left I was the only one left in the store, so I can’t say that was the issue. What I do know is that his preparation was UNACCEPTABLE. I have posted a picture for those who may think I am exaggerating. Hope your experience is better than mine!

I’m a frequent visitor — especially during those $ 5 footlong promos… Good choice of breads and sandwich combinations. Ingredients and service don’t disappoint. Smell of heated sandwiches can drive You hungry bonkers if there’s a line. I try to switch it up, but normally go with the BMT on wheat all veggies except jalapenos with a touch of chipotle sauce. Décor is unmistakeably Subway and a dated. I appreciate that it’s clean. Parking is a little off, but not their fault. Keep meaning to try breakfast…
