I had to run to the store for milk on Easter Sunday and Target was my first try. Way to go Target. Very happy that you let your employees off for Easter. Now let’s try closing for Thanksgivings day. I use to like to get up at 3:00 am to shop Black Friday, but the retailers got greedy. I have decided to boycott shopping on thanksgiving day.

This store does have a problem keeping things in stock. For example, there will be a bath towel, hand towel — but no washcloth. Americans expect one-​stop shopping and I’ve been frustrated too often here. I don’t get the same feeling in this store that I did when Target first came on the scene and was blowing the competition away because their buyers were so much more discriminating.
In years past I have been insulted by insolent checkers and tangled with probably the most vicious checker of my life, an older woman. Lately I haven’t seen that behavior but then I don’t give these folks much trade.
Their greeting card selection is good, seems to change often and does not duplicate the selections of other retailers.
This whole Lancaster Dr. neighborhood seems to me to be slipping downscale and I think no retailer can totally compensate for that, no matter how competently managed.

Since I now live just down the street from this Target, it’s now my «home» Target… and it’s no longer creepy and weird. Staff is friendly… but they need a lot more cashiers when it gets busy. Store is well stocked and I always find what I need at a reasonable price.

Angelica on register 5 on Monday at 3:06 needs to keep her mouth shut. She was very hurtful expressing her opinions during the check out. This target didn’t have a big drinking aisle. I was looking for coconut water. Aside from that it was a pretty normal target. It looks nice on the outside. Parking is in and out busy.

It’s an outdated TARGET, but it was clean and the employees were friendly. The aisles seem kinda tight, like Wal-​Mart aisles. But still prefer this TARGET than Wal-​Mart.
There were multiple cash registers open, and thats a big plus for me.
The parking lot is smaller than usual

Clean, bright, open, well lit store. Friendly, efficient, courteous and helpful employees.
Easily able to find items I’m looking for, and the staff is never too far away for assistance.
Ok, not great location, I just dislike going out to lancaster…
I prefer the Keizer Station location also beacuse they usually have more sizes in shoes and clothes.

Conveniently located across the parking lot from the Red Robin restaurant we just had dinner at.
The shared parking lot was full and just illuminated enough for you to see where you’re going.
The Starbucks located just inside the entrance wad already dark, closed for the night. The sales associate was still cleaning up.
Floors were clean but the housewares department appeared to have just a few of each of the items featured on each shelf. We were after a glass storage jar. After consideration of the available styles, we chose one for its easy reach-​in
design.
Our cashier was friendly and expedient.

I live closer to a different Target so I rarely go to this one, but it was Black Friday and the store near me already sold out of the things I was looking for. Unfortunately by the time I got here they were sold out as well. But I really liked how they laid things out for Black Friday and kept the flow of people going quite well. They had plenty of employees on hand to help you out if you needed it too.
I was very pleased with my experience on Black Friday.

Im typically a big Target fan. they have great prices for what youre getting. This particular store, however, needs to make sure they hire cashiers that are efficient and pay attention! Ive been there twice this last month and have had them mess up while checking … im glad I pay close attention or I wouldve been out some money. You shouldnt have to watch that closely, though. kind of ridiculous.

I am a Target fan, and this store is no exception. I always have a consistently good experience at every target I visit, and I don’t think it’s a coincidence. It seems they pride themselves in having a clean, presentable store, with friendly employees. That said, I took a point off for not being AS NICE as other targets, but it is by no means dirty or trashy.
This store has a good setup, and has all the departments you expect from a large target. I wasn’t in here very long, just had to get a couple of things and a cheap pair of shoes. I got what I needed, at a good price. The person at checkout was friendly and funny, and very efficient.
I would go back to this store.

I love Target. I am that person whose friends joke about being obsessed with Target and their «infamous» end-​aisle clearance shelves. I could spend hours walking around shopping or just getting ideas for my own house. This particular Target, although it has been remodeled recently, just isn’t up to par with the many other Targets I’ve shopped at. I like to think of myself as a «Target Connoisseur»… (I even can point out the undercover security people at this store) This Target needs a consistently good cleaning, better lighting and a Starbucks please.

I am furious with target this week.
Monday march 10th 2014. My family and I went to target, mainly to get some house hold items. We went in back and were looking at mountain bikes. Well I selected an inexpensive mongoose, nice bike. we checked out and I decided to ride the bike home. Well I got about3 blocks and noticed the handle bars seemed a little loose. I figured ok I’ll tighten them up when I get home. About 5 blocks later the handle bars slid right out of the retainer. I almost wiped out in front of traffic on center street.
I called target and talked to them. I was told at that time all bikes are as is.
Up shot if you buy a bike from them buy a set of bike tools to.

I don’t care for Target. However, this place seems to be par for the course.
Clean, many employees, busy busy.
It’s same same every where.
Pharmacy closes for lunch so that’s annoying.

Although this Target store seemed to be a bit understaffed it might be due to the current economy so I won’t hold it against them! The employees that were there were all very helpful and one walked me to some products that I had been fruitlessly circling the store for. Good service and good prices!

Hong Kong
Target or Tarzhay, has been a Salem staple for a long time here along Center. Since most Targets are built practically the same, there are only some very small note-​worthy points:
* Service has always been friendly and helpful
* Lines never been a problem here
* Clearance section is great
* Easy to find items
* Good seasonal variety /​deals.
No Target is perfect however, their electronics section is atrocious. They don’t carry too many name brand electronics or have a diverse section of cameras/​camcorders.
