I view shipping things as a hassle but whenever I do have to ship something I am amazed at how easy this UPS store makes it! The staff are always friendly and helpful. You’re able to get in and out of the store within minutes.

Had to come in here to drop off some Verizon DVRs. The clerk knew exactly what I needed as soon as I stepped in, got my paperwork ready, told me what to fill out, and had me on my way within five minutes.
I only wish shipping everything (I’m looking at you USPS) was this easy!

I have a pet peeve. I sell stuff on Ebay and I had to use UPS this week. I used the
website to get a price for the buyer. It’s dependant on the weight, and package size which were accurate. When I get to the UPS Store, I find out that they are not part of USP, but a «franchise» and have different pricing. Yeah it was a few bucks more but come on, UPS lets get with the program and stop misleading all your on-​line customers. The lady in the store said that everyone who uses
and Ebay shipping calculations should add $ 5 more to your estimate. Gee… thanks.
