The Walking Company

I went into the Walking Company to buy a pair of Danskos for work. This was the first time I had ever been into the store as well as the first time I had purchased a pair of Danskos. The sales associate who worked with me was friendly, knowledgable, and gave me great advice to help me choose the style and fit that would best suit my needs as well as walking me through the care instructions. Overall, the experience was one of the best I’ve had in a retail store and will definitely purchase from them again!

So my lil adorable puppy Amos chewed a ton of stuff in the house two days ago, and made a mess of the house. Much to my fiancé’s dismay one of the things were one of her Dansko Clogs. She got home she was pissed, because she needed a pair that wasn’t chewed to wait to work. I told her I would order some online, and she did needed the same ones, because they fit just right. She did not have the time to go to the mall. She insisted I would not get the right pair.
I took the chewed shoe with me to work, found the shoe type, and called the woman Nancy who answered the phone was very helpful, and she said ahh puppies like to chew the leather shoes. She had the size 39 in Black both the oiled and Cabrio, I told her I have no idea which one it is, and she told me «Don’t worry I will put a pair of both to the side for you, ” I got there, and she saw me with the chewed clog in my hand, and said ahh yes you called, that is the oiled black.
So within minutes Nancy haleped me get the right pair of shoes for my Nancy, and it all went without a hitch.

I have foot problems and the MBT Shoes were recommended to me. TWC carries them, so I tried out the closest store, which is at Rockingham Mall in Salem. Even though the store is small, they had my size and a style I liked. The sales people were helpful and responsive, patiently waiting while I tried out the rather unconventional shoe on my finicky feet. When I was still unsure, the salesperson suggested buying them and trying them out at home on the carpet. They could be returned as long as there was no wear on the soles. This is the type of service I expect for an expensive shoe, and they satisfied my expectation.
