I just moved into a new home 6 months ago. I signed up for their Healthy Lawn Plan which consists of about 9 treatments a year including Lime application and Trees/​Shrubs. The first thing that alarmed me is that they quoted me without sending anyone out at all. The price was lower than some of the other quotes that I had gotten so I went ahead. To make a long story short they treated my yard 6 times between April and August and my yard looks worse than it did when I started their «Healthy Lawn Program» My yard has a large hill and it was obvious they weren’t going all the way to the bottom by the abundance of weeds.
I called to cancel and they talked me into having someone coming out and walking the yard with me to discuss my concerns. They no showed and never called me to reschedule. Unless you want to give your money away don’t go with these guys.
Bad results and terrible communication!
