Bobby Dues is a good guy. He was professional and courteous and did a great job installing my ceiling fan. He accommodated my schedule and the price was right.

They aren’t Handyman Connection anymore, but Handyman Construction. I believe as they were once part of a chain, but are now on their own.
I was very happy with Handyman Construction. I had a bathroom remodeled, a french door added, the exterior of the house painted, and a covered patio put in. Joe Verdugo worked with us from the planning stages, estimates, all the way to completion of the job. He was a true craftsman, and very polite. My wife and I felt comfortable with him in our home. The laborers who assisted him (Mateo and Jesus) were also very professional a courteous.
Joe wouldn’t move on from any aspect of the job until we were completely satisfied, and any concerns were addressed.
The way it works with this company is a little different, in that you are given an estimate for labor only. You are in full control of the materials used. You aren’t on your own — they will make suggestions to any extent you are comfortable with, and will even shop with you if you need. I liked it, as you are sure you aren’t getting hosed on material cost or quality.
I would not hesitate to recommend that you at least get an estimate from these guys when you are planning a project. They were competitively priced, and very fair. I can’t speak for all of their handymen, but Joe was a pleasure to work with and I’ll be calling him first for any future work I need done.
