One star for their professionalism (or total lack thereof). First you’ll leave a message because a rental has caught your fancy. Prepare to wait a few hours — or longer — for a return call. Then you’ll set up an appointment. But they don’t dare tell you that they’ve booked other potential renters to look at a place at the same time as you will. If such discomofrt isn’t good enough, the agent also fails to be organized and forgets to even bring rental apps. If this is what one has to incur just to even get a viewing of a place, imagine what you would go through if you rented from them. No thanks.
