I agree that there business & maintenance practices leave a lot to be desired. I did not move in on a holiday weekend, lease lapsed with no follow up for 6 moths, then they offered us a new lease with a fair increase, but if we chose not to re– lease, month to month would be an additional $ 15. «New«manager was on top of the lease, issuing it 5 days before Christmas, which after 6 months of no communication, I felt was in poor taste. Was told by the woman answering the phone, that they had a new director who is rectifying issues. Interesting, as I put in a repair request for our dryer plug(diagnosed myself) and 6 days later, no one has contacted me for repair. Fed up, I put my new outlet in, as that was the issue, and I refused to go to the laundry mat due to their shoddy follow up. My dishwasher is leaking now, will issue an additional repair request and continue to clean up the mess until they decide to get back to me. Maybe after reading my less than stellar review, they will be prompted to follow up. They seem to be quick with their rebuttals of reviews. Mean time, the«I would like to follow up, introduce myself and preform a safety check, and address any concerns» that was part of the lease letter, has yet to be scheduled, nor followed up on. Clearly the lease, and or monthly check has been primary concern. Not impressed.

I dont care to post negative reviews but we must be honest. I am a new tenant in one of their managed properties. To start there’s no after hour answering services if needed for emergencies. I moved in on a Friday so for the weekend I was stuck with appliance issues, etc. Their maintenance department and turn around repair time need serious restructuring. So far poor customer services. Their response is youre not our only tenant. That’s shocking and unprofessional. I will update if services improve.
