Creekside Bagel Bakery

Family owned bagel shop located in a convenient location. They make the bagels, daily, in shop early in the morning. I’m not sure if it’s a husband and wife running the front of house, but they do work well as a team.
This place has become my «go to» breakfast on the run stop. I make it a habit to buy multiple sandwiches to share with others. Everyone has liked the sandwiches. My favorite is the sausage club (sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, and egg) on a jalapeño cheddar bagel.
Another favorite is a sugar bagel with walnut honey spread.

The food is good here n so is the quality but service n prices are a joke. I go there for the convince since I work around the area n I get the same thing every time and literally every time I go it’s a different price. Finally I got upset and asked why is it that I get the same exact thing n every time I get a different price? I was told well it just depends on who rings you up. Well damn if that’s how u run ur business then I want no part of it. I refuse to go back to this place and exact same situation for my coworkers say every time the prices are different so they also refuse to go back.

Made a stop here after back to back soccer games down the street. While the bagels are good, three of our four orders were wrong. Very disappointing. My husband ordered the jalapeño bagel dog, which turned out to be just a regular bagel dog (would have been great to be told you were out of what he wanted instead of making the substitution without any comment at all), and the strawberry bagels we ordered with strawberry cream cheese showed up as regular bagels instead (at least the cream cheese was right?). Third strike was an untoasted bagel that should have been toasted. Simple orders… Either the gentleman at the register wasn’t listening, didn’t care, or there was a serious language barrier… Maybe even all of the above. A good product doesn’t matter if you have lousy customer service.

This places location is very convenient for me since I live in the area. The prices are a little high, but still reasonable. The food is always very good and fullfilling. There are a lot of options and variety for you to choose from, so no worries about finding something you like.

Me and my girlfriend, love their breakfast bagels. They are awesome! And also Love their chicken bagels!!!

Very similar menu to Bagel Bakery at Northridge Mall. But the taste is waaaaay better! Overall, this place is awesome! Customer service is friendly and fast! Good place to ingest, digest if you’re really hungry. Don’t have to wait long to get your food! You get more than what you pay for. How convenient that it’s right across to Gold’s Gym? Get a good meal and a good work out (;

I often stop by at this place while I’m working. Their location is prime. I can appreciate the options of veggie bagel sandwiches they offer! I am not always in a flesh eating mood so it is nice to sink my teeth into some plants from time to time. Their products are very fresh and they have bottled as well as fountain drinks.
They offer outside seating which does come in handy on those nice sunny days.

FRESH! you never get stuff like that now a days. especially in Salinas.
Try it out for yourself you will NOT! be disappointed, unless you think Wing Stop next door is better than you my friend do not know what great food is but greasy food…

Great place! It’s fast, tasty, with a lot of food options. It has indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff is always friendly.

Updating my original review, I’m a sucker for bagel dogs! I used to be able to call ahead, and they’ would bake a jalapeño cheese bagel dog especially for me! It was awesome, but for some reason, now, they’ve become less than service oriented. I’ve been there three times in the last two weeks and been denied a bagel dog each time. Once, I went at 11 am. The next time at noon. The final time, it was at 12:45. I was so jonesing for a bagel dog, I asked if they’d make me one while I waited. They said no. I couldn’t believe it. They said no. I’m going to give them one more try, but if I get another no, I’m going to have a sit-​down with them. Otherwise, the quality of food is excellent, and the pricing is appropriate. Also, if you wish to use your credit/​debit card, they are illegally requiring a minimum purchase.

Great bagels, good, friendly service. I was starving after work and knew I’d suffer if I went straight to the gym so I made my way to Safeway, flip flopped on getting a sandwich and ultimately decided to come here. I glad I did.
Though the door hours said they were closed they still took my order, a Kupperman’s delight, and I was scarfing down a hot and tasty bagel sandwich three minutes later. Awesome. And it was two bucks less than I would have paid for a sandwich at Safeway. :)

Good bagels. Lots of options. Excellent service. Casual, convenient, comfortable atmosphere breakfast (and lunch) place.

This place is no Bagel Corner, but it’s a fair replacement. They have fantastic smoothies to complement the bagels. And if you don’t like it you can just go next door to Wing Stop!

I LOVE this place!!! Come here 3 – 4 times a week. The owners are always there, and extremely friendly. The bagels, veggies, and meat are always fresh, great place to go for lunch

Let me start of by saying I LOVE bagels. I have lived in Monterey Bay my entire life until recently and I’ve always loved the Bagel Bakeries. There are many different owners who run things differently and do different bagels but for the most part, I feel assured that they will always be good.
This location is very convenient. This store happens to be quite dead most of the time. It is unfortunate as the very nice lady who runs it happens to be an amazing sandwich maker. She makes sandwiches as if they were going to be for her.
I would eat here a lot more often if I still lived in Salinas. In fact, I eat here perhaps every single time I come to town. She knows my order at this point and always does a good job.
Point being, I hate fast food restaurants, I like to eat real food while having quick and friendly service and I find that at the Bagel Bakery.
