El Jaliscience Taco Truck

Pretty good. I had an al pastor super burrito with no rice. It had beans, cheese, and meat, so not very «super» but good flavor. The cashier was nice and food was ready pretty quickly. For $ 7 with a bottle of water I can’t complain. I’d go back but try something different next time.

Tried the taco truck today at lunch time. Tried the al pastor, carnitas and tripa. The al pastor was delicious and spicy. The other two didn’t disappoint either. Took my husband there before 3 pm when they are closed and gone. He also enjoyed his order. Great food and service

Located at the end of Romie Lane towards Abbott Street, my coworkers and I frequent this taco truck at least once a week for their tacos. Its cheap, its fast (most of the time), and it gets the job done.
Tacos de tripas is $ 1.75 while the other tacos are $ 1.50. Meats to choose from: carne asada, lengua, al pastor, pollo, cabeza, and carnitas. The salsa does have a kick here, so if you’re not into heat let them know!
Burritos, quesadillas and tortas are also served here. .. haven’t tried them yet, but I’ve heard they are also good. One day I will, but for now I’m stuck on the tacos!

I really enjoy eating from this taco truck. The tacos are great! I had a quesadilla once, too and it was good, but the best deal is on tacos. For me, the salsa they use on the tacos is so spicy it overwhelms the flavor of the meat, so I ask for them to put it on the side. I also have to ask for them to leave off the cilantro. This is no problem because service is always quick and friendly. For an inexpensive and tasty lunch, you really can’t beat this taco truck!

Love this place! Delicious tacos. Great price. Fast service. We go at least once a week. Carnitas and chicken tacos are my favorite, but everything is super tasty!

I had my first torta lengua here and ever since then this has been my taco truck of choice. I love this place.
Would have given it a 5 star but they raised the prices recently :’(

The Best Tacos you can find anywhere in Salinas period, the only thing is that this truck is not always parked there, but overall great tasting tacos. Can’t go wrong with tripitas, lengua or Asada and they recently started accepting credit cards.

When ever I find a new Mexican restaurant I always try their Asada Taco and these tacos are the best in town. The tacos are so good I haven’t tried anything else on the menu. The taco truck is usually park on Abbott Street at the end of Romie Lane. Most people wouldn’t think of eating from a taco truck but give the tacos a try, it’s easy and you won’t be disappointed. The mexican crew working there is very nice and the prices are really cheap.
