KFC

I only come here when my daughter wants a chicken bowl. but every time I’m still disappointed! There is always way to little of something in those things, then I get this 10 piece hot wings for my mom and they tried to pass this piece of nothing off as part of it… I mean, don’t they look at what they pack ??.

Ordered 20 piece hot wing. Told me to wait for 10 mins. Actually waited for 20 mins and not all the wings were freshly fried. Horrible.

Each time I go there… they always seem to leave out

Went here last night, was greeted by a happy nice cashier (didn’t catch his name) he was so kind and attentive! Food was ordered, few (4mins) later i got my food, perfect temp and yummy… even the mac n cheese was good (E. Alisal has nasty mac n cheese. its clumpy).

Food: come on it’s a KFC they can’t really mess it up…

9 out of 10x they get my order WRONG!!! I repeat myself, they clarify, & yet still hand me something absolutely wrong! Do I dare drive back around against on coming traffic just to correct them & get my original order right? NOPE not worth the trouble, gas, or energy most of the time.
Why don’t I check my order before driving away?
I do, but for some reason these guys always seem to be in a rush. They ask you to move forward to the door so someone can hand you your order & they run off. & again do I dare go around to correct them? NO!
I have attempted numerous times to call & complain. NO ONE answers!!!
Make life easy just come for a bucket or exactly what is on the menu. NO SUBSTITUTE!!! NO ADDITIONAL!!! etc… Just a bucket of chicken! Your only hope for getting your order right is

Excruciatingly-​poor customer service.
Family decided to order two buckets of chicken plus fixings.
When our order came out we only got the fixings and one bucket of chicken.
I reminded the employee who took our order that I had ordered and paid for two buckets.
She grudgingly prepared the second bucket, placed it in a plastic bag, dropped it on the counter in front of us and turned away without saying anything.
This evident lack of courtesy and respect for customers is so appalling and uncharacteristic of the employees at other KFC branches.
If you expect good customer service, then this is NOT the place for you.
Avoid this branch like the plague!

Service is the worst in the drive thru! They always run out of menu items. And make you pull up and wait for your order. They didn’t ask if we wanted sauces either!

NOTHING FAST ABOUT THIS PLACE… close to work, connvieniently located when im ordering to take back to the office but anything I order takes forever… food is good

Received a call from the manager. Apologized offered to give me a free complementary dinner. I think it had to do with writing to the corporate office
