The service here is so confusing. At times the food has been good and the service fine, then my burger has nothing on it, it took 5 minutes for me to get my food even though i was the only one there, the employee refused to speak in english even though i do not understand spanish. she was very nasty about my not understanding her as well. They messed up my fries as well. But previously my experience was just fine, I’m very confused by this place. I’d try somewhere else. Not worth the risk really.

This Jack in a Box have been messing up in my orders for the past 3 months. I have been short on my orders. Today it happen again and I am missing a cheese burgers and bacon cheddar wedges and last time I had 6 fries with the Bacon Potato Wedges. WTF before this place was on point, but lately it can’t get the order right. Please pay attention to details.

I swear there drive thru is bad they always want you to reverse to reset there timer like wtf. Its rediculos and they shud not do this

This people are always in a hurry and they always tend to get my order wrong. They also pretend like they don’t listen when you complain, horrible bad service and food.
