Had my nails and toes done today. The staff was efficient and friendly. Really liked my pedicure.

So I drove almost an hour to get my nails done here. The lady was nice… I asked her for a coffin shape she did them super crooked and weren’t painted evenly, they fell off in less than a week. I paid 40 dollars

Came here with my mom and sister. They got us in all together. Ngoc did my design and was very patient. Kimberly did my mom and sisters nails and did an awesome job. Angel did my moms pedi. She said she was very good and left her feet as smooth as a baby’s bottom. I’m definitely gonna come back!

Do not recommend to anyone. Horrible service, waited about 15 minutes before I got attended even after the literally kept on looking at me. Went in for a manicure and the guy who did it was really nice but did a bad job. He cut me, put the wrong nail polish on, did not do how I wanted them. I asked if he could file them down a bit ended up cutting them down to the nub and they’re all lumpy. Overall horrible place, will not be coming back.

Busy, busy place. I had an appointment but my manicurist went ahead and worked on my nails and someone else’s nails. She was in such a hurry that she did not do her best job on my nails. I will definitely not go back since that lady did not take the time to charge me because she was busy with the other person so she had to have somebody else do her job and charge me. When I called in to book my schedule the lady on the phone told me that she would assign a good manicurist to work on my nails but when I got there, they did not even bother to look at their appointment book. Certainly not the best customer service, she could have taken the time to finish my nails first since I did have an appointment instead of also helping a walk in. My pedicure was great although my manicure was not :/​she had left residue of my old nail polish and my nails weren’t fully painted.

I Would give it a «0» But don’t have That option! Terrible Service! I got a mani (gel) And regular pedí. For almost $ 70! They are pricey And don’t do the Job right! I only have less than 7 days with the gel And it is already pealing!
Do yourself a favor & Try to avoid this place or its Going to Cost You!

I had a really good experience. I got a classic white tip pedi and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend! Best time to go is any day bright and early (:

This place is horrible. They cut my partners toe and these people had the nerve to charge. This is what happens when they talk a lot in their language (which is rude and unprofessional) and just gossip. One star is giving them too much credit.

I am in and out of town all the time working for a property management so when i can i like to relax and enjoy a good pedicure. I am normally not a regular client but could be if it were really worth it. I came in as a walk in and got escorted quickly to my chair i had a water sitting on my chair which was nice to enjoy while my water in my pedi tub was hot. I was just really upset that i wasnt asked if it were my first time there because i didnt know how to work the chairs so i sat there really uncomfortable. The lady that i had was really rough on my toes that i started bleeding, it was more than one toe. I do have fungi under my toenails and this lady started nipping the skin under it. This was a painful experience for me, aside from that she kept using the nippers and pulled so much skin off i feel my toes pulsing tonight. And when i picked my color, my nail tech was still off a number and i had repeated myself over and over but she wouldnt listen she kept looking down. After she was done and removed the plastic off the tub, she didnt even QUATS the tub for 10 mins and i was bleeding. You could expose people to AIDS like that. And the workplace enviroment is really bad, they dress like hoochies. One of the nail techs wedges were so tall she could not walk in the shoes and looked super uncomfortable. I feel like calling state board on them.

This is the second time I’ve brought my mom to this establishment. I was unimpressed then, and even more saddened now. The employees are mediocre at best. Which means horrific customer service. The pillows on the chairs are stained and has discoloration.
My mom had to wait a little more than a solid half hour to be seen. Other people would have walked in without an appointment and been seen right away. The atmosphere isn’t professional and doesn’t have a feel like home or welcoming. Anytime someone would walk in, any employee would belt out what that person was wanting.
When any employee would be ready for someone. They’d speak really loud at the person, expecting the person to hop up and go to them. Instead of walking over, introducing themselves, then escorting them to the chair or area. No such «Luxury» in this spa. There’s no sense of client importance or urgency. There’s an attitude of entitlement, like here you come to me.
One employee was working on two different pedicures, which they weren’t friends. I’d be unhappy and dissatisfied.
People’s phones were constantly going off. If it wasn’t ringing, they were getting a text. If you’re looking for a good professional place to have a relaxing experience? This is definitely not the place. Could go on, but you get the point.
The only positive side is that the floors are clean.

I was very unhappy my nail tech was a male skinny he wears glasses please don’t let him do your nails :(I was very upset I wanted to take my nails off right there and then and get a refund they said they couldn’t give me a refund and insisted that I let them fix my nails I was in a rush but I ended up allowing Kim fix my nails they turned out better but I don’t think I will come here again ! Not only were my nails thick uneven and just horrible but he also hurt me.

I like this place because First they are not too busy when I have to go which is every other Thursday. Second, I found this girl Ammie who has a good control on her hands and does a good job. Superfast. wide choices of nail colors. I get acrylic nails from them Think they are good.

I think they had the right idea. Pretty layout. But the service and management is not so good!
I’ve had my nails done here before and I was not impressed. I had shellac removed recently and I was still not impressed!
Very abrasive nail technician. My nails were pretty abused. It was $ 5, but it was not a positive experience.

Super pricey and a terrible job. I got my brows waxed, a pedicure and a fill for a gel manicure. The girl that did my brows clearly has no license and was «training» there. The pedicure was ok but not great and the fill with French gels was terrible, you can clearly see the fill line. They didn’t want to do anything to make the manicure right. They just handed me a bill for 70 bucks and pushed me out the door. Also, there is this incredibly loud hair stylist that is on a hands free phone talking the entire time, completely obnoxious! Overall, terrible experience!

I have tried to give this «spa» so many chances and each time I am so disappointed.
Each time I go in for a pedi they always put my flip flops on while my toes are wet or paint them with your flip flops on and they NEVER give you a place or the time to let them dry, so by the time you get home, your toes are a complete mess. What a waste!
I sucked it up and recently went in for a mani/​pedi out of desperation. I left with crooked nails that were mangled by an extremely rough nail file, crookedly filed nails, my cuticles were not trimmed properly and not one of my nails were painted from side to side, it looked like a child did them. That was just my mani… My pedi was the worst one I have ever gotten, all my toenails are crookedly cut, three of my ten toes were a disaster by the time I got home. It was the most incredibly disappointing experience I have ever had.
I highly recommend that you find a good nail place that treats you well and does a good job.

Dropped by to get a deluxe pedicure to find out that I was dismissed right after with my freshly done pedi. How can someone walk out with the paper sandals in this weather expecting the toes to dry this way? Summer time, that would make more sense, but not at this time of the year. It took me three times to ask for a fan/​dryer. The guy there was kind enough to set me up with a fan, but pedi got a little messed up bc of this. Not sure to come again. I thought it was suppose to be a «deluxe pedicure.» If this is not bothering some place is clean.

WORST customer service ever .
One of the lady’s there ««amy“messed up my nails even more because i asked her to fix the thumbs because they were un-​even & then didn’t even finish my manicure, by far the rudest place i’ve ever been too!!!

Called in for an appt. Lina referred me to Kim, was able to get in in an hour. I am picky so I was a little scared, but Kim did a nice job and I left very happy. I had a lot of lifting and she handled it without ever hurting or burning me. I also wanted all these crazy colors and she happily made suggestions to help me out.
I was going to give four stars but I feel there are too many negative reviews and want to up their positives.:) The four stars because I had jagged cuticle residue on one of my nails, but taking a star away for that is a bit much. Besides, I’m happy with my nails and that’s all that matters.
Kim suggests making an appt. because she does get busy. She’s off on Wednesdays.

My sister is getting married tomorrow so we came in a group of six. We made an appointment weeks ago but it seemed they were upset how much work they had to do on all of us which is weird because that just means more money for them. Ken was super helpful and got us all settled in. I would recommend making an apt with him.
1. Get your nails done by DAVID! He did a beautiful job on my full set. DAO did my pedicure and made me feel very relaxed. More than that though these two didn’t have attitude! Very nice and did great work which is what I look for. The other people in my group unfortunately did not have the same experience.
2. My sister showed them a design. A simple nude color with sparkles on it. She picked a gel color but it came out too pink. I get she picked the color but her damn wedding is tomorrow and they wanted to charge her $ 15 for doing ONE hand. We said screw it because her wedding is tomorrow and it needs to be perfect but still i think most places would have done it for free. Especially since we are each spending easily $ 80.
3. I gave it three stars instead of two because my nails do look beautiful. The entire place is beautiful with a water fountain wall and the chairs are quality.
Just a shame about the attitudes that work there.
