Is a hit and miss with them but I’m guessing that’s depending who’s working. I love MAC cosmetics but I hate coming to this location. I’ve gone and sometimes I don’t even get greeted until I get in line and ask for the products I want to purchase. Some of the employees are helpful and some are basically too busy chatting away. I would recommend going to the Del Monte location in Monterey instead.

The assistant retail manager, Angelica, was amazimg. I’ve never been to MAC… ever. I’m not very knowledgeable in make-up. Angelica was very helpful, polite and funny. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I got the best product that would work for me… and my big day. I felt a little out of my league at first but with Angelica’s professional attitude I felt more at ease. It was a great first experience at MAC. Thank you! :)

The employees here are horrible. I showed up and when I got there the employees were just talking to each other and gossiping instead of helping customers. I went to ask someone if they could give me a certain lipstick color I was looking for. I waited while they finished gossiping and joking around and finally got some help after waiting for a while. The girl seemed annoyed after she saw me standing there waiting for help but after a while she gave me the lipstick I was asking for. I felt like they were ignoring me on purpose and wouldn’t help me out. First time I had ever gone there and probably last.

Went into the store today and had HORRIBLE service! was standing around for about 20 minutes and none of the employees helped I had one employee say«will be with you in just a second» 5 minutes later she helps another girl that just walked in while I had been waiting and she knew that… NEVERAGAIN! sorry MAC but you lost my business…

I like to come to this location when there is a Mac collection i really want to check out because they tend to not sell out as fast as other locations. For the most part my experiences here haven’t been bad most of the employees are friendly with the occasional know it all. Today i went there and I left very annoyed because the employees(specifically two males) were being very rude and I cannot stand when employees don’t know how to act around customers. I feel that when employees act disrespectful towards the customers it says something about that location and makes people think twice before going back. Working in retail you are expected to provide excellent customer service and in my opinion if you hate your job that much then quit.

I have been coming to this MAC counter for a little over 2 years now. It is a bit of a drive to get there but I can usually find the limited edition items from a newly released collection here. As, I mentioned before I have been to this counter MANY times and spent a lot of money there and I have generally had pretty good experiences with the staff here but I have also had a handful of bad experiences. Today…for instance… my best friend and I decided to check out the new MAC collection released yesterday. We arrived and were asked if we needed help once by a guy and a really nice young lady as soon as we got there(while we were waiting for two women who thought they owned the display to move). We, I thought nicely, said no thank you and resumed our wait. Finally, the women moved and we were able to start swatching the items and decided on our purchases. The guy, who rung us up(who I had previously had good experiences with) was also rude. He did not greet me as I came to the counter to pay… he did not ask how my service was… he pretty much spit out my total and asked if I wanted a paper receipt. I’ve worked retail before and I know that there are always good and bad days but the fact of the matter is that you always have to be at LEAST civil to the customers.
