A minus –1 stars if I could manage it. This company had the most rude movers who tried to move each piece of my heavy furniture alone! Everything they moved for me, about 6 items, arrived at my new place broken, damaged, put together incorrectly, and so on. This move quickly became a bad experience when they broke more things than my grandchildren who helped me with another private truck. * And get this * their insurance coverage only covers by the pound! How much does a lost diamond weigh? The final insult was that they never bothered to weigh the cargo however, I was instructed to go online and find out how much household furniture weighs. Unbelievable!

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. Horrible movers — please, avoid them at any cost! They were clearly contracted by the military to perform a full move /unpack of our household goods, but what they ended up doing was taking all of our stuff out of boxes and throwing it into one huge pile in the middle of each room. and out of all furniture that needed to be put together, only our bed was actually worked on, and only after I «volunteered» to help. Absolute rip off of our government’s contract money.

Find another way to move/store your stuff. They let someone who worked there into my unit and remove over $ 1,000 worth of belongings without my permission, then want me to pay a deductible. What a joke. Totally rude when confronted and what they did is illegal. Avoid at all costs.
