We took our Dyson vacuum in for warranty service. The owner was GREAT in his knowledge of the vacuum and quickly made the vacuum better than when it was brand new. Very professional and helpful service. Well kept shop. HIGHLY recommend.

If I could give a 6 stars I would. Ubaldo is knowledgable when it comes to vacuums, courteous and accommodating on such short notice. He repaired and replace my Dyson 41 Animal broken part with ease. Since I’m driving a good 36 miles I had to make sure he had the part, won’t order it and repair the same day. Other vacuum centers couldn’t do what I asked but with MPvacuum it’s a non stressful transaction. I even got the old part as a spare. I even got a discount out of it. Kudos to this business A+++

Excellent customer service! The owner was extremely knowledgable about vacuums and helped me restore mine by fixing the band and changing the filters. I was 6 months pregnant and couldn’t carry the vacuum so he was nice enough to come to my car and pull the vacuum out, repair it, and then reload it in my car once he was done fixing it. I would highly recommend!

My Dyson Animal was having problems with decreased suction. I took it to MP Vacuum where the owner quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day. He also cleaned it and did routine maintenance. It’s like a new vacuum. The owner is very friendly, knowledgable and has good stock of parts.

Thos place is awesome! Great customer service, the owner is very nice and helpful. Brought in our Kirby G5 for some much needed maintenance and repair. It was done on one day! Highly recommend, will come here for all our vacuuming needs. Oh and he rents a carpet cleaner that is wayyy better than the rug doctor!

I brought in my 4 year old vac that had stopped sucking up the dirt and he made it run and look like new. This is the best experience I have ever had with vacuum repair!

What great service and value! My kirby Vacuum is like new again!!! Replaced my cord with a factory cord, new belt and a good cleaning and service and it’s like new again. I’m going to refer all my friends there who need vacuum repair or service. It is the only guy in salinas to do certified Dyson repairs!!! But he services all vacuum brands. His professional service is what makes him the best vacuum shop in Salinas.
