I lived @ The Olive Tree for a few years & recently moved. My experience there was nothing but good, a very peaceful complex, repairs handled promptly, the move-​out process was clear & fair, manager even came and helped me when I had a hard time cleaning some things in the apartment. (I have never had that kind of assistance at previous rentals) There are all age groups at The Olive Tree & the entire staff is very nice & helpful. PROS: Clean, quiet, pool & sauna, security guard, prompt management. CONS: No W/​D hook-​ups in apt. (but pros outweighed this for me), pool not heated in winter.
