One Stop Carpet Care

This was the worst service I’ve ever had! The service I thought was going to be provided was an entire carpet cleaning of my room, not half of the carpet! The night before I moved all the furniture out of the room besides the bed because I figured since it was just the best frame with wheels they could move it out of the way. I thought by doing this I would be helping them out. So when they came to clean the room I asked if they needed the bed to be moved and they said they could move it. They did not move the bed and just cleaned the carpet around it. I sometimes rearrange the furniture in my room and there were a few stains under the bed that they missed by not moving the bed. I feel like they did a half-​assed job anyways because they were finished in about 20min. And to top it off Angel did not want to give me an invoice/​receipt when I paid because he said it was a «cash job.» I don’t know if he is the owner, but if not, he probably wanted to pocket the money for himself and the guy he was with. I didn’t realize they hadn’t cleaned under the bed until after they left, but I was so mad that I didn’t want them back in my house! Do not do business with this horrible company!

Friendly, reliable service! The carpet in our rental before they came was atrocious but now it’s nice and clean!
