Linda is doing a fantastic job on my nails and everyone is so sweet. My toes look amazing due to Kim. Tom greeted me so kindly at the door. You get what you pay for. Love it here, very very comfortable. Thank you lll be back!

Great color selection!!! bunch to choose from ! I wanted a French tip but instead of the original basic French tip I wanted the tips to be glittery pink …& she ended up painting my nails a light pink that looked like a tinted clear coat and she started doing glitter on all of my nail!!! so basically it looked like a pink clear polish w a bunch of glitter on it so I asked her again how j wanted it and Linda cleared it up w her and she apologized in the most humble way removed all the work she had already done and started again and did them exactly like how I wanted ! .would’ve gotten a bad review but since she apologized and fixed the problem they earn their stars ! Linda is the best but this time j got Jaceline?

I absolutely love it here. Linda is definitely my go to woman. I have never been disappointed with my service or nail shaping. They are always friendly and accommodating upon walking into the nail salon and from what I’ve seen all the other lady’s do a great job at nails as well. I would recommend making an appointment before going just because they tend to get busy sometimes.

Had a broken thumb came in to get a refill and kim broke my actual nail it hurt so bad she pulled off the acrylic mail instead of soaking it it was bleeding everywhere and still charged full price and the nail she put over was crooked

Thanks to Linda for fixing my nails and giving me a fill and color change! She brought them back to life, I had a crooked nail from the place before I had went too but she fixed that right up for me. Got my bubbles out and shaped my nail the right way. I really recommend her and her salon. They were under staffed that day but she explained to me why and I understood that. Very good customer service I will definitely be returning!

Went In for a gel fill coffin style. Love the colors and everything went together great. As expected Linda is the mange

I would give it no stars if I possibly could!!! Both owners are incredibly rude with absolutely no customer service skills!!! They completely ruined my actual nail and made them completely uneven and the owner yelled at me when I brought it to her attention. They also refused to fix a nail that broke after 4 days of having them. Never going back.

Clean, kind and great prices. I had my children with me and they painted their nails too, which they loved.
They give great manis and pedis, with an awesome gel colour choice. Will definitely make this place a regular!

Love coming to see Linda and her friendly staff. Love the mani-pedi’s. Linda is such a perfectionist I love it when she tells people «Don’t Worry» very confident you will be happy with her work. Katy & Lily are awesome too. Linda always makes time for her customers.

Not sure pedicures are Pro– Top Nails specialty Custom nails and gels seems to be the forte. I hope as this was one of the worse pedicures I have had.
I did not have time to go to my usual nail salon, so tried Pro Top nails. Granted it was an early Saturday morning and I walked in, and they did make time.
I don’t think I will be back though. The shop opened at 9;30 am. however, the staff did not show up unitl 9:45 a.m. and did not start working closer to 10.00.
The pedicure quality was average to poor. The gal was very rough on my toes, I am glad they survived the experience. The scrub was poor, and the leg massage was basically non existent.
I am not convinced the tools are cleaned in between pedicures based on the lack of cleanliness of the box she was pulling tools from. One tool was completed rusted. Yuk!
It is a shame, as the location is convenient and we have relatively few options of good nail salons in the city of Salinas.
I did not receive the full 20.00 value for the pedicure, and it was not a good experience.

I got a pedi today. I sat in the chair next to the sink. The (older) lady who helped me wears glasses and has a slight limp, I wish I knew her name I don’t mean to be rude, I just forgot to ask.
My pedi was ok, I don’t feel it was worth what I paid. Maybe I’m just judging my whole experience based on the massage, it was a leg rub at the same time. Like, her one hand per my one leg at the same time type massage (does that make sense?) And it all ended in about 2 mins or less. The massage chair doesn’t work for the bottom either. Oh, and she took a chunk off my cuticle which made me flinch and pull my foot away because it hurt, no bleeding though.
I was kind of sad because I was holding out for a good pedi for a while. I’m just not going to go here anymore for a pedi. Helen at Luxury next to att is one of my fav pedi techs, but I was here for a fill so thought I’d kill two birds.

Came in on a whim, having time to kill for a pedi. and will not come back! For a $ 20 dollar pedi, I would have expected more and better. oh well. It’s too pricey at this place, I think.

So terrible she cut me twice and my nails were bleeding they’re so uneven and extremely thick I can’t even type right now I’m so unhappy very crooked and they hurt I’m so mad! She did not take her time at all and when I asked for matte top coat she kept saying no no no over and over again terrible though the girl who painted my nails was sweet and offered Neosporin for my nail

My roommate and I went here because she got a recommendation from a friend so we heard all good things… The wait was short we both were seated at a pedicure chair and my roommate got her toes done and my feet sat in the water for half an hour before another lady came and helped me. She started working on my toes for maybe 5 mins and walked away for another 10 mins. The pedicure took a really long time too and the one thing I told her to focus on she didn’t and it was ok… My roommate and I were on way different times, her pedicure and manicure were finished before my pedicure was even done… This place over charges too… $ 45 for a manicure and pedicure kind of expensive for other places I’ve been too… Probably won’t come again

First time going I waited 45 minutes and the wait was going to continue so I kindly booked an appointment for the following morning. I showed up and still had to wait 8 minutes for another manicurist to show up because it was only the owner with a client there. I showed them a design I wanted and she said the man could do it so I sat down. I like how thin he did the nails but when it came to the design it was a disaster. I had a Minnie Mouse head silhouette with a pink bow and all he did was a bow. I told him I wanted the black in the picture as well (the head shape) and he just smiled and walked away. I didn’t want to seem like a brat so I just stayed with the bow. Within two minutes he told me my drying was done and had me stand up to pay for they had a long wait of clients by now. I payed and as soon as I got to my car I saw the bow had smeared. I went I and instead of redoing it he just smudged off a little of the smear and had me dry for a longer time. Within a week my index finger nail fell off and the rest were chipping from the edges. Definitely won’t go again. (Note: Within 3 days I filed off the bows on my own because of how hideous they were)

I don’t know who worked with me but it was the older one. She was the rudest meanest manicurist I’ve ever me. While painting my nails she used the drill to take off my cuticles. Making me severely bleed on my thumb. I did this two weeks ago and it’s still healing. Then she told me it was my fault because I was on my phone, when my phone was dead in my bag. She painted exactly what I wanted and it looked amazing but she decided it was good so she wiped it off and told me that she would choose something else. She came back with this ugly color that would not match what I needed it for. After refusing to pay if she painted it she grabbed a silver color and only painted the nail. No design nothing. The worst place I have ever been in my life. Yes it looked decent but there were also a few hairs visible through the top coat on top of everything else she did wrong.

I really enjoy coming to this shop. I see Jeny. She is so gentle. I could fall asleep when she does my nails. I have been to some shops where they hurt you, you say that hurt, and they just look at you. Jeny has never hurt me.

Never heard about this spot, what a shame! Great little nail salon in the area! Had to find! But excellent salon! Would highly recommend!!!

This is the ONLY nail salon I’ve been to that overcharges for things like nail shape! Extra $ for oval shape. Got completely ripped off paid $ 45 for french tip just for the shape. Wish I knew this before.
