Until I had surgery a couple of years ago I was legally blind although it was correctable to 2020 with lenses so I have had many appointments at Sears for my vision. Although the doctors are kind of hit and miss since they change every year, Maggie in the optical shop is the bomb. She has been there for many years and is extraordinarily helpful. I hope she never leaves! She is very knowledgeable and is a real asset. And I would be surprised if you could find a less expensive exam anywhere.

My experience with Sears Optical was HORRIBLE. I ordered contacts from there office. They said it would take 3 days. It took OVER a month. Everytime I called to see where my contacts were, they would give me the run-around. They told me that the computer had a glitch and threw out my order… the second time they said it got lost in shipping… keep in mind this was ALLONEORDER! Not multiple ones. I complained to corporate and they said they would get back to me. THEYDIDNT! Beware, this is the worse office in the history of Optometry. DONTWASTEYOURMONEY. Go to Costco Optometry instead. They are way better. This office is just a waste of space. I will NEVER go there again
