Although this took a long time to sort out, it has been resolved. The staff has seemed willing to make sure that my husband got a good check up and his prescription is a good one. Every business has something that goes wrong or happens once in a while. These people were good to keep after the problem until it was resolved. My husband is happy with his prescription and the product!

this place is a complete joke. i paid over $ 300 dollars for my glasses and lens and that was with a groupon for half off of the frames, making the total for my frames only $ 75. my glasses broke while still on my face, the frames just popped. When i went to talk to the manager (Jeff) he told me that i had a warranty but i had just missed it by 3 days. a friend of mine went in on a few occasions for a damaged nose guard and he replaced the entire frame twice, she also has no warranty. this guy just picks and chooses who he wants to help. ive been wearing broken glasses for some time now because i cant afford new frames at the moment and this guy is just giving free ones out to people that he likes. to be honest, i want to punch the guy, but i wont because im a lady.

Finally an optical business with good old fashioned customer service! I had been going to LensCrafters for many years but with their dwindling customer service & their lack of affordable frames that fit well, I am glad I stumbled upon Site For Sore Eyes. I walked in last year & was immediately greeted by Jeff. As soon as I told him that I was having difficulty finding frames for my wide templed face, he immediately went to his frames display & pulled out the three frames he suggested. They all fit & I was able to choose one to my liking. His willingness to make sure I left the store a satisfied customer is the reason I went back this year to purchase another pair of glasses & get my eye exam. I highly recommend Site for Sore Eyes! Give them a try… you’ll be glad you did!
