I asked for the «Marco Rubio» and she delivered. Needless to say, it was a hit.

I absolutely love the work pamela did on my nails. She’s amazing! I’ve had such bad experiences with past nail technicians I was about to give up. She came highly recommended and now I know why. She’s also really sweet, which made a smooth transition from my LA Stylist. I recently moved to the area from Long Beach and was nervous about leaving my previous Stylist after 2.5 yrs. Garrianne did a great job cutting my hair and getting it the way I want it. I felt like I could communicate with her and she understood what I wanted, and was able to deliver. I felt comfortable with her and will definitely be back.

Pamela is wonderful! I love her energy and she does a wonderful job on gel nails. I’ve had her do my nails twice and she is knowledgeable about cleanliness, procedures and she knows how to keep my nails healthy and looking nice. I really appreciate her great communication skills and her skills as a nail artist. Her pricing is reasonable and affordable and the quality of her gel manicures is excellent. Her work lasts with no chipping or peeling and I am very hard on my hands. I don’t want to go to anyone else for a manicure ever again!
One thing to note, she is VERY busy, so if you book an appointment, make sure you do it in advance. She’s a one woman show, so it’s not like other salons where they take walk-​ins. Call in advance. You won’t regret it!

Garianne made me feel comfortable, even though I’m extremely awkward lol. At the salon I went to previously, their small talk only made me more anxious. I had sent her a few pictures of what I was looking to get and she exceeded my expectations. She made sure I was «in charge» of what was being done to my hair and explained everything she was doing. She gave me a beautiful straight ombré (something my previous stylist was unable to accomplish after 2 attempts). I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror and feeling like a diva haha! She is fairly priced and I will definitely return in the future.

I’m a new client of Garianne and I’m so happy with the cut and color she did! I’m new to the area and went to her based on the Unilocal reviews… so glad I did! I highly recommend her! She’s so friendly and easygoing. I now really enjoy «doing» my hair everyday because she did such a great job!

Awsome experience! Pamela and Garianne are both so sweet and professional. I seen Pamela for my prom nails and they came out so great, I got so many compliments on them and they lasted 3 weeks, they would have lasted longer but because I work I had to take them off :/​otherwise I would of left them on because they still looked great! Garianne cut and colors my hair. She is very talented at what she does, I get compliments on my hair a lot especially when it’s curled, its like magic! I won’t go to anyone else, I did once and it was a disaster, lesson learned but thankfully Garianne fixed it and made it 100x better.

This review is for my appointments with the amazing Garianne and overall feel of this salon. It might be a little long but it’s thorough. My experience here can be broken down into 3 parts: consultation, booking, and the appointment.
1. I first came into this salon looking for Garianne after seeing her work online while researching salons/​stylist in the Salinas/​Monterey area. I dropped in for a walk in consultation and explained to her what I wanted for my hair. She gave me a quote and explained exactly what would be done to my hair and what the expected results would be. She answered all follow up questions I had and didn’t pressure me to book.
2. After talking to Garianne and a few other stylists I decided Garianne was totally the way to go. Booking was easy. She answered my messages quickly, gave me options to book so we would have ample time for the appointment, and reconfirmed what the appointment would cover. She also asked for the reference pictures I was basing my desired look to be sent to her. She really made me feel comfortable and confident about the appointment!
3. The big day! Garianne was totally prepared and the appointment went without a hitch. It was a long appointment because bleaching my long and thick hair is quite the process. But the atmosphere at the salon with Garianne and Pamela was super fun and time went by fast. I LOVED the end result! Garianne captured the multi shade purple ombré I wanted so badly and my hair felt great afterwards. She knows her stuff! She gave me tips on how to care for my hair color and I have been reciting compliments on my hair non stop since she did it!
In short? This salon gets a total ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Garianne is super skilled and amazing at what she does! Her customer service skills are also top notch and I look forward to my next appointment with her!

Pamela is an angel! My mother in law recently had surgery, a total knee replacement, and can’t travel but needed a fill and some color. We found Pamela and she was very willing to do a house call. Pamela is courteous, friendly and did an amazing beautiful job on her nails. We will definitely be calling her back and visiting her shop when my mother in law is mobile again.

Ok so i don’t normally write reviews cause I’m not one to judge but really Pam is my favorite and by far the best nail technician in the central coast hands down. She does her best to make you comfortable and make sure you leave with exactly what you asked for. I’ve never done stiletto nails before but she slayed mines. It’s exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be more happier with the set I got. You can continue to go to these other Chinese places and get cheap easily broken nails or you can stunt on the rest of your friends and go to Pam, just saying the choice is yours.
