Never fails this Starbucks messed up my order. I ordered Venti triple shot white mocha with hazelnut extra hot and extra whip cream. My drink is not extra hot more like lukewarm. My drink is not even filled to the top there’s like a space in between the top of the cup which should be filled with extra whip cream and like no whip cream!!! New Management Needed!!!

Two stars because of this rude girl with puffy blonde hair and with glasses. I tried to get rid of my coins, which was a lot and she seemed very irritated and just was not having it. Yah, I get it gurl, I work at a coffee shop too but my attitude is better than hers. I was apologizing as well because I know when customers pay with coins, it can be very tiring but she just had this negative attitude and it is just very upsetting.

Horrible place to come and enjoy a cup of coffee. The cashier forgot to give me my water then my cake. Then when I allowed my flat white to cool down I noticed it didn’t have the shot of hazelnut. When I went to complain vacenia the shift supervisor made me feel so embarrassed. She was talking so loud telling me that people make mistakes and she told me I was rude for telling her about the situation. Overall my first time experiencing bad time at Starbucks.

OK, they won me over, once again. I received $ 10 credit on my Starbucks card after I sent an email to corporate. They responded in less than a day and were very apologetic about the situation at this store. I waited almost 6 months before I went back, but I definitely see improvement. Wait times were down both inside and in the drive-thru. Lots of changes in staff. Only saw one barista I remembered from my last visit. Overall, wonderful improvement! I will definitely be back in the future.

Don’t Stop Here! Worst service ever! I was on the drive-thru earlier today & the barista taking my order by the name of Christian was extremely rude to me, hurrying me up and just being plain rude. His attitude got worse when I got to the window because as he handed me my drinks I noticed that one of them was wrong! He had the audacity to say I was the wrong one when I clearly knew what I ordered. He then closed the drive thru window in my face he never said sorry or let me talk he was totally rude about the situation first time I ever experience something like this at Starbucks. So disappointing Thanks

Worst customer service! I came home for the holidays and decided to get a Starbucks. Can’t emphasize enough how Starbucks is known for good quality customer service BUT this Starbucks was ridiculously horrible.

The most incompetent Starbucks ever. Don’t stop here, go somewhere else. They are so slow. Please tell me how a very berry refresher takes 20 Minutes? You took it off the line of drinks and decided you would make the other espresso drinks who were way after me. Also, they treat their fellow co-workers with that extra extra discount and will make their drinks first. Whoever is managing this location, your employees need additional training.

Very poor service in handling a complaint. A girl named sarah n(photo attached to review) left a comment on my review regarding the poor service and stated– not to compare it to Starbucks in SD Ummm hello, it’s a CHAIN. the point of a being a chain is customers around the country recognize that brand and go there in anticipation of the SAME quality of speed, service and product. It allows a higher control over the Starbucks brand and culture. So YES, a customer is validated when comparing experiences from different locations. If you’re too busy, learn how to mange employees more efficiently to reduce a line speed to under a half hr. I get that this location is the only drive thru starbucks in the area; however, that doesn’t mean you can move as slow as a snail. And yes, I worked at a Starbucks for a few years… so no I am not just running my mouth. It’s really not that difficult to do a good job. The culture and management set you up to succeed..

Consistent great service and the drive through makes life easier if you are lazy and fat, have a broken toe, or both. But it’s probably faster going inside to order because the drive through line can extend into the parking lot thoroughfare. If you come at 645 am on a weekend it’s not a bad line.

The only reason why I come to this Starbucks is because it’s close to my house. They have the worst, WORST customer service ever. They don’t greet and when they ask what you would like to drink, they just have this face like«what are you doing here!!?» By far the rudest employees they have. Their are a few workers that are good. I don’t remember her name but she use to work at the constitution drive Starbucks, she is always nice and always has great customer service. Anyways, the management or whoever needs to step up and tell them to boost up their customer service!

Inconsistent service. I order my coffee with steamed soy. Today I asked why my coffee was 50 cents more and the response was rudely«I can’t help that other people here don’t charge extra for soy. It’s additional labor for us and there is nothing I can do». I was speechless. Really additional labor. Wow!

Why is it that at very other Starbucks that I’ve ever gone to they make my drink the way I want it. And here I happen to ask for extra caramel and they can’t even do that. And when I do get my drink they’re even more stingier with their caramel. My hubbies drink was even worse, water down strawberries and cream. This is probably the last time I ever go to this Starbucks.

I personally haven’t had a bad customer experience here but I have heard many friends talk bad about this location in regards to the drive-thru customer-service(attitude). They say they take to long to process drinks and that they get drinks wrong often. Look at the reviews, even the good reviews talk about how they had a drink wrong and were given free drink receipt. Starbucks is Starbucks, I’m not reviewing the coffee but the overall location. This is one of the less cleaner Starbucks locations in Salinas. I do not fault them as much because the location is a prime spot for transits and homeless people. The ambiance is not what I like to call study friendly. The place is often dirty and unorganized. They get two stars because it should be clean.

Had Rudy take my order. Great customer service. Had an issue with one of the drinks not being made at first but! They fixed the issue quickly and apologized for it. They gave me a free drink receipt. Is it about the free drink? Nope! It’s about them caring about their customer service! Thanks Rudy for the great service!

Convenient location and friendly staff. However, I find it incredibly frustrating that the morning staff seems to think like foam is 2 inches of foam. I called, this is my second time, to express my concern and I was told that the barista assured her that it was correct. As a customer, I find it very insulting that I would be told that I was wrong. While I appreciate the staff always wanting to make it right, it would be very helpful if they made it right the first time. This always seems to happen when I’m on my way to work and don’t have time for them to make any drink. When you pay over six dollars for cup of coffee you want it right.
