Service is good. GETTING YOUR ORDER Right not going to happen!!! If it wasn’t for my kids I would never go there agine. Never. Now I’m set in my stand. They will never ever get another $ from me!!! Read the other post its that bad. This was my last time there here is how it went. «I would like a 20 piece with barbecue. And 4 double cheeseburgers with just cheese and catchup» go to first window. 11.23 please hand her my card and say. The 4 double cheeseburgers are just cheese and ketchup right? She replies yep. So I go to next window and wait for awhile. The guy who hands me the bag says sorry about the wait there is only 5 of us here to run the place. I take off to home and GUESS what the double cheeseburgers have everything on them. It’s now 10 a clock at night and my kids got the wrong food!!! Who ever is the owner you do not deserve to own this chain of McDonald’s. This is why. I worked at the saline plant. Your workers got my order wrong so many times that the manager when they seen me would give me free food free food. All the time cause my receipts showed you got it wrong! No lie 2 out of 3 your workers got it wrong!!! Really!!! My god do something about it. You don’t have to worry about me getting free food any more. Place is PATHETIC!!! Do not spend your money here

Ice cream machines broken my ass. Kinda weird how the ice cream machine just happens to be broken every night past 8pm. We get it you don’t want to do your job or anything but clearly you need it otherwise you wouldn’t be where you are so when I come through your drive thru and ask for a peanut butter cup mcflurry I don’t expect anything but my exact request not only to be delivered to me but I expect it to be delivered well and in a timely fashion. I went home and cried for 15 minutes after you told me it was broken the first time and I cried for 22 minutes the second time. The fact that you allow your prized customers to suffer this way is not only wrong but it’s unacceptable and I’m here online to demand change because I’m not going to lie I love every last one of you working in there I do I really do its just so upsetting to feel as though you guys do not care about me the way I care about you all I wanted was a mcflurry that’s all I wanted. And you turned me away in my time of need so I truly do hope you guys don’t ever need to come to me for anything because I’m going to hit you with the same indecency that you hit me with. I’m sorry if this sounds mean like I said I love you guys and I will be back. Just please don’t let me down again.

I’ve been here a few times now and service has been very good. I’ve not had any problems with them getting my food wrong which is always something to be concerned with regarding fast food places. No problems here. The inside has been kept very clean every time I’ve been here as well.

This is a nicer McDonald’s than the ones I’ve visited on either coast. Comfy, upscale seating area. Makes you wonder what the poor people are doing today… Great place to grab a bite to eat; just stay away from the screaming, vermin kids in the play area. For those who are complaining about the drive thru: did you ever listen to the great Joe Pesci? You ALWAYS get fucked by the drive thru! Get your lazy asses out of the car and come inside! The staff is very attentive here. They are offering breakfast all day so happy days are here again! Enjoy!

Went the other day. ordered a small chocolate shake. When I got home I realized it was vanilla. Really one item and got it wrong. They had two choices. .geez

Drive through took 15 minutes to get 2 iced hazelnut coffees and the coffees tasted disgusting, very disappointed :(

Food fine. Literally gave us 20 napkins. Not sure why. Also when getting a hot tea they do not put the bag in the water with the splenda. This is a major pain when driving. All McDonald’s do this and it baffles me. The handwritten sign looks really janky.

I went to this McDonald’s at 350am and it says they serve late night menu until 4am. They were only serving breakfast. Ok no big deal. So I orders sausage cheese biscuit, a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, and a Coke. So after an eternity. I get my food and I received a sausage biscuit– NO cheese. a sausage egg and cheese mc muffin. and a diet coke. I’m pissed.

TERRIBLE! I will go out of my way to not stop here again. Every time I do I have to complain about something they messed up or just leave without getting my food. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

If I want Mc D’s I’ll drive seven miles east to the one on Michigan Ave at US-​23.: they rock!

This location is so awful! I don’t get McDonald’s very often, but the couple of times I went through the drive through last year resulted in messed up orderes. Then, tonight, after an urgent care visit, I promised my toddler an ice cream to cheer him up. 9:15 p.m. on a Friday night, and it took 22 minutes to get a hot fudge sundae. The line wasn’t incredibly long – I fear the staff was just incredibly disorganized. It was a good reminder that I should just stay away.

At lunchtime on a weekday, the drive-​through line wraps around the building and into the street, causing a backup onto Michigan Ave. The place gets slammed at lunchtime, while nearby Wendy’s has a line and wait time that are much shorter. Wendy’s is just a little farther east on the south side of Michigan Ave., with the added bonus of a light that helps you get in and out of the place without stress.
This McDonald’s location was one of the first to try to become Starbucks-​like, with cool-​looking chairs and a coffee house vibe.
I do admit that I like the little «isolation room» as a place to meet and chat with friends for some heavy-​duty hand stitching. Maybe they meant the room to be for business meetings, but I like it for crafting with my buddies.
McDonald’s execs: If you read this, I’d like you to know that I don’t like McD french fries any more, now that they’re skinny and dry. Maybe it’s better that way. I’m saving tons of calories for something better.

This McDonalds is the worst. The Drive Thru is the worst, they forget everything, they are very rude, and the wait is so very ridiculous. I waited in the line, after paying mind you, that means I am 2 cars away from my food, for nearly 20 mins. I then get home and the angus burger i ordered, tasted like it was a week old. They dont care about the food or the service. And asking for ketchup, seems like you are asking them for their first born, they dont want to part with the ketchup…

Mcdonalds single cheeseburgers have no sesame seeds, that’s why I like to treat myself once in a while — but today, for some reason they swapped out the bottom half of the bun with the bottom of one that had seeds hiding along the top edge.
I didn’t notice until I was almost done eating the burger.
they’re pretty lucky my allergy only causes stomach upset and joint pain and isn’t the more severe type where you could die.
gah. sesame is in everything.
even burgers with no seeds.
you might think I’m being picky, but they really need to train their people in allergens. I was only sick for a night, but it could have been much worse.
