Where’s the tuna? Seriously, if I wanted a veggie sandwhich, I would have asked for it! Asked for a thin line of mayo and the guy put The amount of a softball on it! I told him it was too much and to take some off my sandwhich! Thinking this is my last trip to this Subway! Good luck!

The fresh veggies were frozen. I wish I had looked at the quality before I ordered. Then I wish I would have cancelled my order. The kids who work there did their best, they called a manager who gave me a lot of excuses but no solutions. She said «will you let me finish» as she was telling me why I paid 20 bucks for bread, cheese and meat with no veggie choices. I told her no, because I was the disappointed guest, not her. When I go to Subway, I expect veggies. There was actually a rotten tomato. I wanted to talk to the owner, but that option was not available, most likely because they already know, they just don’t care to fix it.

Bad experience. The employee making my footlong sandwich literally put four cucumbers on. Not only with that, but with every topping. I had to ask for more each time, he clearly did not get the point. The bread consumed the sandwich. I’ve never been to such a stingy subway.

Saline, MI
Yeah, it’s Subway, and they’re nearly the same over the whole country, but the reason I like this one:
* The sandwiches are always crammed full of veggies — that’s what makes you feel full
* The people are nice — the owner is very friendly and polite
On the other hand:
* They are constantly apologizing for something that is not working, like for a while the oven wasn’t working, so they could not warm sandwiches or make pizza. Recently, there were out of marinara, but that can’t be their fault. Must be the supply.
Also:
* Doesn’t hurt that this place is around the corner from a quilt shop, The Quilting Season.

The sandwiches at this location are always good, but their toaster over in constantly broken, and the staff is not great. I only go to this Subway because it is close to my work.
