Stopped by 15mins after their supposed open time, walked in and was promptly asked to leave because they«weren’t open yet.» I double checked and made sure I had it right. 6am open time according to online and their front door. I would have moved on with my life and not left a review had I not been treated like I had done something wrong by walking through the unlocked door after their posted open time.

It’s close to 85… So there’s a free star. I stop here every Monday on my commute to Greensboro from ATL. Every other visit they either screw up or forget my order… Latte and a sandwich. Slow as hell unless you use the drive thru. Today, the espresso machine broke. Get it together Salisbury.

Service is usually super slow as this Starbucks is busy. I prefer to go inside and order rather than going through the drive thru because the drive thru takes twice as long. Not a big fan of the parking lot either.

Not so great. Like a lot of those Starbucks in the hinterlands, it’s not kept up well. I stop there fairly often because it’s a good stop before hitting Charlotte for meetings. However it’s pretty dirty usually and the restroom declines bit-by-bit every time. I remember when the place was new. It ain’t new anymore. This week I made a stop off the interstate and they were out of bananas for their smoothies. Evidently every flavor whether strawberry or mango requires bananas. Fair enough. «Why don’t you guys go buy some bananas?» «Oh we can’t do that, we have special bananas that are stamped and shipped in.» Hmmm… Guy wasn’t too interested in fixing this or much of anything really. Not a big deal but as other reviews noted the location is in a difficult spot. I suspect everyone that has been here knows exactly what I’m talking about. Getting back out is very nearly a nightmare. It’s a convoluted way back around to a road that is nearly always backed from the light. Stop here if you have to have a Starbucks coffee fix but don’t count on much more.

This Starbucks is lacking in efficiency. Despite being the only costumers, it took forever to get our drinks. In addition to this, they messed up 2⁄6 of our orders and weren’t organized in the least. Lack in attention to detail really showed here.

Warm greeting, coffee served quickly, lots of seating and a nice quiet environment to spend an hour out of the office on the way to a meeting. Great team of employees working well together. Really like this Starbucks, I use it as a stopping off point on the way to the western part of the state. Restrooms are also always clean and sparkly.

Service really leaves a lot to be desired. Went through drive through and received wrong bagel. Called and was promised«breakfast on us» the next time I came in. Went back in. They only comped bagel. Paid for coffee. Panera is across the street. Just saying.

Good coffee but people if you want a milkshake please stay away, this is a coffee house. Want a milkshake go to Cook Out or Mc Donald’s.

This is the worst Starbucks. Always dirty & very slow service. Got stuck in drive through for 10 minutes after being told they were out of Frappucino’s. Starbucks out of Frappucino’s??? The drive thru is set up so that you can’t get out of it.

Have you been to Starbucks? Good, then you know what to expect. Good service, good coffee, nice place to take a break. If you’ve not been to a Starbucks, well… where have you been? My classic go to is a venti mocha. Yummy. Occasionally Ty Americano.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. The wait is excessively long, at least any time before noon. I’ll avoid it from now on.

Slow and disgusting. Left without taking my coffee as numerous staff stood around talking instead of handling a high-volume store. Unhygenic. Don’t waste your time or money.

Bad location and bad layout for parking & drive-thru. I wanted to park and go in but the parking lot was full, so I decided to go through the drive-thru. I was stuck in line for over 20min(«stuck» because the building is on one side and a median/rail/etc is on the other side so there’s no way out). Once I finally got up to the window, the barista said what drink I ordered to confirm. I replied«yes» but I guess she didn’t hear or something, so she yelled it again at me very rudely. No apology the long wait, didn’t try to be nice about it, nothing. Instead I got my drink shoved in my face and not even a «thanks» or «have a nice day» as I drove away.

The closest Starbucks to Lexington, NC and usually my first and last stop during my visits. The staff has always been friendly and the service fast and accurate.

The drinks at this location are not consistently made. Also, the drive-thru here is ALWAYS slow. Be prepared to wait.

Absolutely EVERYTIME I stop at this Starbucks my order gets messed up! Whether it’s several drinks or just 1. It never fails! And the best part is that they behave like it’s not their fault. It’s great when they show you the receipt and you say, «yes that’s what I ordered» and it still takes them 10 more minutes to give you the order! They have more than enough people working but they have difficulty getting the drinks out with any speed whatsoever. There always seems to be confusion and customers that are annoyed with the staffs’ inability to execute. Suggestion…WRITETHEPERSON’S NAMEONTHEIRDRINK! You will cut down on 75% of the confusion! The remaining 25% of the problem is just laziness! I’m out… never stopping here again. It’s not worth the aggravation! P. S. I gave 2 stars because when you finally do get the right drink, it tastes exactly the way it should.

I am proud to say that I am a big fan of Starbucks. I have been to so many places, for fun, traveling, business, living, staying, hanging out, etc, and there is Starbucks. It’s standard, consistent, clean and fresh. I love the fragrance of brewed coffee, taste of Triple Americano on the Sunday morning. If I am in town, this is the place I pick up my coffee and stick around for awhile before hitting the gym or run. I drink coffee from this place very often. It’s in the small town where I live. I like the location of this place. It’s closest to the I-85 freeway. Probably, convenient for many people flying off of I-85. Besides coffee, free internet and place to chill out, it’s fun place to watch people. This place gets lot of foot traffic. Sometimes, when the weather is good, I bike here and pick coffee. By far, this is my favorite Starbucks location on this I-85 corridor between Charlotte and Greensboro.

The temperature inside the store is set so cold and the female workers are talking and laughing so loud. No wonder there are so many seats available.

I wish I knew the guy’s name that took care of us this time because this barrista — if you call a man barrista or is he called barristo — who knows — not me! At any rate — this guy made the best vanilla chai latte and as we took our first sip and commented on the sweetness — he said, «You should ask for no water next time and it will even be better.» He informed us that the way we got it this time was half water half milk — and with all milk it will be creamier, spicier and sweeter — we will go back tomorrow and let you know. The place wasn’t that busy, clean, plenty of parking and obviously great service and friendly!

I love that this Starbucks has a drive-thru! I always stop in here on any trip that takes me up I-85 N. Thankfully, any time of day that I come through, the drive-thru is never busy. The staff is always pleasant & I get my coffee/beverage in no time. Parking is somewhat limited if you are trying to go into the store.
