I would have to say this is one of the best bars I’ve ever been to not only are you seconds away from the beach but the staff that they have here are the most loveliest people, Their bartenders are not only beautiful but are always smiling they made me feel welcome, took the time to help me play and understand keno! I recommend this place to everyone that is heading to Salisbury Beach! I went on vacation here for a few days, I went to all the bars down there and I have to say Eddie’s is my favorite! Drinks are fabulous karaōke was fun but most of all I love the bands that played even though I was only there for some days I got to see and hear 3 different bands ! & no cover charge! The drink prices are very reasonable! If you’re looking for a night out with your girlfriends or just some friends head to Uncle Eddies the little club with the big sound you won’t be disappointed! And I also recommend the strawberry Long Island Ice-T & Marilyn Monroe vodka made with ginger ale and a splash of Grenadine! This place is definitely five stars and five thumbs up!

Definitely a dive bar. Don’t go in looking for a clean, fun, family friendly place to enjoy a nice sit down dinner. But if you are looking for live music and cheap drinks. This is the place!

If you haven’t been to Uncle Eddies Oceanside Tavern on Salisbury Beach, you’re missing out on a fun time. They have live bands, Karaōke, lots of fun, bring your friends and have a great time. I came a couple weeks ago to see Ed’z Zeppelin, an awesome tribute to Zeppelin. You don’t know what you’re missing. It’s one of the best places on the beach to go year-round for fun with music and just a great night out. Uncle Eddies Oceanside Tavern is a big contributor to the local community and the beach area. Come on out and check out the tavern, have some fun, and see what this place is all about!

Get your tetanus shot before entering & drink only bottled beer because nothing is clean in this place. This place is the definition of a «dive bar». Lots of drunks and idiots, so put your big boy pants on before entering. If they got rid of the idiots more people would come to this place. therefore they would make more money.

Located on Salsibury Beach, this is a local dive bar open year round. Very easy parking during the winter months but I’m sure it’s a bitch once the nice weather arrives. Not fancy at all here! This is not the TV show Cheers! Anyway, live band rock the house on the weekends and last night was no exception. Beers are cheap enough, $ 3.50 for a Bud Lite bottle. They also have a few beers on tap. No food here but once you arrive here, you won’t want to eat here! It’s just a kick ass place to have a few beers and rock out!

Skeezy B., your review had me laughing my ass off! Spot on, UE’s is a «dive bar,» and you’ll find mostly locals there(during off season, at least). All year round, they have a lot of talented local bands playing. In fact, for live rock at the beach, it doesn’t get better… The cover, when there is one, is not much — a couple of bucks usually. Dancing, people watching, good music. You really need to experience it. In May they hold an amazing fund raiser for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer(2013 will be its 7th year). Local talent donates their time, there are raffles, and a small donation/cover. All money raised that night goes to the cause(Team Charlie’s Angels — Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, Boston). In fact, Uncle Eddie’s holds different fund raisers over the year and is always there to lend a hand to locals in need. The staff is friendly, the service is great, and they are a generous and big-hearted group of people. Check it out!

How in the good names of Richard Simmons and Jesus Christ,(otherwise known as the same person), has no one written an actual review of Uncle Eddie’s? Someone went through the time to enter this establishment onto Unilocal, but not to actually offer their opinion. Could it be because they were too frightened to venture past the handful of retiring junkies out front, stumbling in place while simultaneously pounding their bud bottles, fully inhaling their Mustang unfiltered cigarettes and complaining about how they can’t get a drivers license in New Hampshire anymore? Or perhaps they peered through the dirt-stained glass door and were terrified about the Pantera/Rick Springfield cover band on stage and they turn and fled. Thier loss. Lots of people say they like«dive bars». Bull shit. You don’t know what a dive bar is. Just because they have a jukebox and domestic beer in the can doesn’t make them a dive bar. When you can walk into a place and play Big Buck Hunter, Golden Tee and punch something to display your strength all within 10 feet of each other, you’re off to a good start. When you can’t determine whether the person playing pool is a man or a woman due to their stained sweatpants/fanny pack combo and short cropped hair? Weave? Rug? You’re getting warmer. When the band comes on and the singer uses a megaphone for his Godsmack cover, you know you have made it. Not every night is this terrifying. In fact, they have live entertainment quite often and a lot of the bands are good. A small dance floor, and the fact that it’s in Salisbury lead to some amazing close encounters on the dance floor. In the summertime you might feel like you need a full length body condom just to navigate around the stage. But I’m sure you’re fine. Full bar available, and they take cards, which amazed the shit out of me. I thought for sure it was going to be cash, grass or ass to drink here. Come on down and mix it up a bit. Then you can go back and tell your lazy friends what a real dive feels like.
