Love this store and their product! The staff is so helpful, especially Jamie and Chad, without being pushy and I’m usually in and out of the store within minutes! Everybody is always so welcoming, energetic and they create a great vibe in the store that keeps you coming back!

For my birthday my best friend bought me my first Alex and Ani bracelet. I was instantly hooked and so excited to find a store in Salt Lake while on vacation. The selection was good, price is high but it was difficult to just browse without having a salesperson in your face the entire time. I believe in a good upscale but it was ridiculously annoying to not be able to just shop. The sales rep was on me as soon as I stepped in the door, she followed me from display to display making it hard to even look. I grabbed a couple more bracelets on sale for the holidays and got the heck out of there. I suggest shopping online for cheaper prices as well as some personal space.

This was my second time in this shop and I have to say their customer service is excellent! I was in a couple of months ago with my friends who introduced me to Alex and Ani and it was great to get an introduction of the history and what the company represents. Then again when I came in today, I mentioned I had previously been in but didn’t remember much so they reintroduced me to everything. I really appreciate the extra effort they put into making their customers feel welcome. I ended up buying a charm bracelet for myself and a wrap bracelet for my cousin totaling up to just under $ 100 for the both of them.
I can’t wait to return and build my collection

I love the women who work here! Ive come in numerous times and they will always greet you with a big smile and a few times different girls will ask me about my kids or bracelets I’ve bought for sister in laws. I was amazed they remembered! The jewelry is beautiful. I love the whole idea. But for what you pay I wish it was higher quality. They do have a one year warranty which is great!

Great shopping atmosphere! The staff is friendly, and very helpful. Every time I come in, its a great shopping experience. They are incredibly nice to my dog even. even if just to ask questions Offered her water and treats. I will absolutely return here to shop again.

Alex and Ani may very well have a fine selection of jewelry, as their website indicates. I wouldn’t know because I have not been able to stomach entering the store to see for myself. Apparently, they use some type of fragrance (perfume/​candle?) inside the store. I don’t know exactly what it is but the smell is so pungent and unpleasant that it is disturbing, even from the sidewalk in front. I’ve noticed this over the course of several days while passing the store to head to lunch. I realize scent preference can vary widely but the store should consider that it’s driving away potential customers (at least one, anyway). The store looks appealing from the sidewalk but that’s as close as I can get. If I were in the market for some jewelry, I’d have to shop elsewhere based on the scent alone.
