DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They don’t give you full disclosure about anything. The agent told me there was a bundle deal going on in December when I bought an iPhone for my dad for Christmas. I ended up getting the bundle deal and got an iPad mini for $ 100… he DID NOT tell me that there would be a monthly charge of $ 10 for it on my account. I called to cancel the service since I just run it off my internet at home and now there is an early termination fee of $ 142.00!!!
This place is SHADY. The service reps lie to your face and then the truth comes out when you get your bill.
I’m changing service since this provider and their staff have no integrity. So disappointing. I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could.
BEWARE TO ALL. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

Do not believe ANYTHING the sales people tell you. Don’t let them tag on add-​on charges to your plan. I specifically told them I DO NOT WANT INSURANCE!!! And they said «oh just try it for a month free on us!» FINE! They wouldn’t let up and I asked «I don’t want to have to come back in or call in to cancel this. I don’t want it in the first place!» «Oh, don’t worry about it!» And Now I’m stuck with it because I gave up waiting on hold for 30 minutes trying to cancel it!
Take your business where the sales people are honest and aren’t trying to nickel and dime you to pad their commissions. Take your business somewhere where they actually listen to their customers and not force products on you.
I wish I could give negative stars to this store. And I actually love AT&T service… just not their dishonest sales people.

Horrible customer service.
Since most of the products they sell are not AT&T products but products from 3rd parties, AT&T does not support them. So, if you buy something and it doesnt work. AT&T will not refund or replace the item. They just tell you to go deal with another company.
