I went to the Apple Store in city creek mall because my I phone 6 wasn’t working and they told me it couldn’t be fixed I was told about bad apple and Dave at the downtown store fixed my phone for only 55.00 he was FANTASTIC!!! I will recommend all the people I know to take their phone to Dave great customer service

I thought that my iPad 3 needed a new battery so I took it to them. They told me how much it would be to replace the battery and the diagnostic charge if I elected to not replace the battery. They left it running and decided that it was performing normally and replacing the battery may not be necessary. So I didn’t have them replace the battery. Imagine my surprise when I show to pick it up and they charge me nothing. Thank you Dave and Greg. You guys are the best and I know the only place I will take my devices if I have any problems.

Dropped my iphone thanksgiving day and shattered the screen– not thankful.
They fixed it in an hour for $ 90, I got a $ 5 case so hopefully it doesn’t happen again, and they have great customer service– thankful.
(A nearby store was charging $ 110)

BadApple is BadAss. For real though, took in my shattered iPad and within hours it was repaired and good as new. Best price I could find around.

I have broke my LG2 phone screen and took in the same day to get it fixed. They fixed it within the hour. They did a GREAT job fixing it. I have called other phone repair store to see how long it would take and Bad Apple won the fastest repair time. Their prices are also cheaper than other stores that I have called. Customer service was the best! They were very friendly and very knowledgeable, I can tell that they love their job because of how well they took care of my phone and how well they fixed it. Great Store for sure!

I’m highly impressed with the repair I got on my iPad Air. First off, once upon a time I had an iPhone 5S that got a crack in the screen and the best price I could find for a repair was $ 175 which seems a bit ridiculous. This place only charged me $ 110 for a full iPad screen repair.
My iPad looks brand new, I couldn’t be happier! In fact, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the repair took longer than I had been told, and I never received a phone call to let me know when it was done. Other than that, this is the best option you’ll find!

I’ve shattered both my iPhone 5s and iPad 2 screen (within two months of each other — ouch!), and have taken both to Bad Apple to be repaired. They are very friendly, professional, and do beautiful work. Both of my devices look as good as new and function perfectly.
Both wait times were short, even when they were really busy. Repair prices are on par with what you’d pay elsewhere.
Parking is indeed a pain in the butt, but you can usually get lucky on the side street just to the east (next to the Green Pig) or around the adjacent street to the right. Just be sure to pay the meter, I saw a gal giving out tickets yesterday.

I went here today. I was at the city creek mall in the restroom and had my purse on the sink counter while I was washing my hands and knocked my purse off, dumping the contents and shattered phone screen in the process. We just walked into Bad Apple, and dropped my phone off at 5pm. It was $ 125+tax for my iPhone 6+ and was finished by 6:30pm same day. Very friendly employees. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

My iPhone 6 fell flat on its face yesterday and got shattered. Took it to my AT&T store and they said they had lost their repair guy, but recommended I check out Bad Apple. I drove right downtown to see if they could help me out.
I walked in to the store, and there were a couple of people ahead of me, but my wait was still less than 5 minutes.
From the minute I showed them my phone, they did a quick set of diagnostics tests, ran through some protocol, and told me to come back in about 2 hours. There was a weird spot on my screen that a couple of the staff took a look at together, but quickly determined it wouldn’t be an issue.
Exactly 2 hours later, I was back, the phone was ready, and I was out of the store in minutes. There is a 90 day warranty on the repair as well, which was really nice to find out.
Everyone was highly professional, attentive, courteous, and fast. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone needing to get their Apple device fixed.

If you have a phone that needs repairing stop wasting time and get to bad apple now! They have fast service, friendly and when there’s a problem don’t worry the manager will step in and make sure that you’re happy.
I still owed $ 500 on my phone when I dropped it and broke the front screen. It was going to cost me $ 200 for Samsung to fix it. But I took it to the bad apple and within 2 hours my phone look like new. The best part, it was half the price to have it repair.
I thought this company only repaired Apple products but they do it all, from cellular phones two tablets if it’s broken regardless of the brand you should give them a a call before going anywhere else. Believe me it’s worth a two minute conversation.

Was visiting Salt Lake on business and dropped my iPhone 6 plus, cracked screen. Took the phone to Bad Apple and they fixed it right away.
Had a slight problem a few days later, and they eagerly helped me solve the problem.

Amazing! These guys are totally legit. Months back, I shattered my iPhone screen and also managed to drop it in the toilet-​thus causing the charge port to malfunction. I thought I’d wait it out until I was up for renewal and get a new phone, but the glass shards scraping up my fingers and ears proved to be too much. After seeing glowing reviews on Unilocal I decided to check them out. It was $ 60 for a new screen and $ 30 for the port and I was in and out in an hour. Today is the first day in many months I heard my phones adorable little chirp. Music to my ears. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I dropped my phone, shattered the screen, and needed it fixed ASAP! I heard about this place from several sources and gave it a try.
Downtown parking sucks. I went at 1 and parked around the corner on State Street. There were two employees but they were very attentive. I explained the situation and then filled out a form while they tested my phone. I was back within an hour and the phone was ready!
Fair price, quality work, fast service! I would say I will be back but I don’t want to jinx it…

Not only fantastic customer service, but rock bottom pricing as well, with top quality parts and repair!!! They swapped my broken screen for a used one in a flash!
Parking is a pain… But they are so quick you can just pull up in one of those 10min spots on cactus street to handle your biz
My only complaint is that I couldn’t tip them on my credit card payment!

This place is a truly hidden gem! I feel like these guys are not getting near the recognition they deserve. They saved my day today. Really, my week, maybe my entire year. I shattered the screen on my phone to the point that I had bits of glass in my fingertips as I was getting directions to the place. I was greeted instantly and it seemed like the two, fine, young gentlemen that were there stayed there after closing to fix my phone. And they couldn’t have been sweeter about it. Had I not been with my mom, I probably would have tried to take them out for drinks after because I was so grateful.

I was in SLC for a work/​play visit, and had an unofrtunate incident with my phone screen and the side of a mountain over the weekend, so I googled the best place to get the screen fixed. These guys did it IMMEDIATELY and with pleasure. Rob was great, super friendly and helpful. They even recommended a new case since I am such a klutz! If I ever break my phone in SLC again, I know where to go :)

Went in with a broken screen on my Samsung 3. Not only did they buy my phone for a great price, but got all of my pics and contacts transferred onto my new phone for an incredibly reasonable price.
