Batters Up

The wings are fab! Seasoned fries were delish, and awesome service. Relaxed and friendly, covered patio is nice. Parking can be tricky if it’s busy!

i like it! its big and not crowded. not a very hip crowd or anything, but fun people to play pool with. ill come back :)

This is a decent sized sports bar with inexpensive beer and occasional beer pong tournaments which was my number one motive for coming out to this bar. It’s not in the most ideal location, but parking is plentiful and they also have a patio and pool tables.

Went here tonight & brought 9 people with me. 2 of them got there before the rest and sat there for 10 minutes & not one person on staff said a word them. All but three got there and we sat at a bigger table and STILL no one said a word to us for almost another 10 minutes. I finally went to the bar & asked them to send a waitress to the table. She WAS the only waitress there, but there was not many people there. She said sorry, she got stuck behind the bar, there was already 2 bartenders behind the bar and about 5 or 6 patrons at the bar. So we got our drinks & ordered our food and it took forever. The waitress brought out the apps and shortly after 2 of the people got their food, about 5 minutes after that, 3 more got their food. The last person waited half an hour & ended up canceling her order because it took too long. The last 3 people who got there it took 10 mins. before they got drinks. I spoke with the bartender who gave me nothing but excuses and the security guy started smarting off to me and told me to go f*** myself. DON’T GO HERE. Also, the food was horrible!!!

Worst service ever ordered a patty melt appetizer came out a just a few minutes after my food and it was half cold dry and burnt and the smallest pattie ever Victoria was the waitress and very unattentive would never go back and recommend you go to busy bee food and service way better

Wow the service here sucks a** at best. A room full of 45 + guys drinking and haven’t seen a waitress in 25 mins. She be bringing in tons of money if you could find her.

Beer pong was fun for a Friday night activity. I can’t really say I’d visit this bar just to hang out. It was clean and not too dark like a lot of bars. That was nice. But, it’s a bar.

Friday night = free beer pong tournament without the beer. We added beer to our experience though and laughed the night away to a 2 – 2 record in the double elimination tournament. Good times although the bar itself had seen better days.

Hands down one of my favorite bars. The menu is awesome and they have yummy daily specials. For football they’re doing 25 cent wings (Buffalo or BBQ) and they do a burger, bag of chips, and pint of domestic beer for $ 5.00 — seriously can’t beat that! They’re remodeling the pool hall right now and all of their tables are prime. The patio is killer, great staff, great atmosphere… what more do you need?

Yes I know batters up is in the seedier side of town but don’t let the location deter you from trying this bar out, they have really good food with awesome specials every night, im particular to the prime rib and the Chile verdae. Drink prices are right on point and they just expanded to fit in more pool tables. Great for big groups and with all the tvs its a true sports bar.

Wandered in on a quiet Sunday night feeling the need to kill some time. I have no idea what this place looks like during busier times, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. Yes, it’s not in the best part of town, but it’s not like there are tons of other bars around.
Service was excellent. Our bartender was quite friendly and responsive. He even let us play free pool (they were doing construction and one of the pool tables hadn’t been configured to charge us yet) the whole night. Didn’t try the food, will upon returning to this location.
An average bar with an above average rating due to the kindness of our server.

This place is clean, well-​lit and decorated. Full bar, great staff, and you gotta love the karaōke!

I went here for some food and a drink. I ordered a BLT and only ate half because the bacon was not my favorite. Who can mess up bacon?! The beers were 5 dollars for a stein so that’s pretty much normal. I think this isn’t a place you would go to unless you were wanting to watch a game or play some pool. There are some pool tables in the back and judging by the people playing (brought their own sticks etc.) that is some serious business.
I am not a huge sports fan so I wouldn’t come back here again. I think the place could use a good cleaning, I don’t want to look at flies in the window seal when i’m trying to eat some soggy bacon.

This place has terrible service and the food quality is the same. Worse of all, they charge for refills. Never coming back.

Uninspired food in a suspicious part of town. Someone got stabbed in the parking lot while we were eating, so the whole restaurant was bathed in the flashing red lights of cop cars. Blood on the pavement, police taking photos… we felt very unsafe walking back to our car and I wouldn’t have been surprised if our car had been broken into.
As for the food, the menu was completely boring – and this is coming from a girl who loves fried bar food. I just ordered chicken strips and fries to pass the time, but it was basically just a prop while I watched the UFC match. I won’t be coming here again.

cheap beers service was horrible

One of my favorite bars to go to! They staff is great and the service is fantastic! They have a full bar so you cant go wrong with drinks. They food is great and the daily specials are even better!

Can’t say enough good things about this sports bar. I have been a regular for 3 years or so. They have specials on food everyday for lunch and dinner. I really like the Friday and Saturday lunch because they have a smoked ribs and fish. You get a full meal for 8 dollars. It is a full bar so they have everything you could want. Several great beers on tap and lots of different bottles. If you want a great place to watch a game or just have an easy going drink and dinner. You must definitely check out Batters.

There for last call, racked up a 70 dollar tab in less than 10 minutes. New record for me. Then I racked up a game of pool and lost another 70 dollars. Then I went to the bathroom and lost my… well, that’s a story for another time. Place seemed chill, sort of a dive, but no need to feel the need to show off for anyone, unless you like to show off for the men trying to sexually harass you. By men sexually harassing women I’m talking about me sexually harassing my friends’ girlfriends.

Again I went here for my Bachelor Party.. Still the Favorite drink is the Sweet Tea Vodka and LenonadeBut I finally found out the name for it.. the John Daly. !
