I’m updating my review. Why? They didn’t put the spare away. Why? Hubby came home and looked to confirm my doubt. They never put the tire back on, and the spare was left on the van. What the heck did they do? Beats me! Now I know why I wasn’t charged anything. Full disclosure: I went to Big O when I was supposed to go just a few doors down. Yep, heading to Discount Tires to have it done, and done right, like I should have in the first place. Shame on you, Big O.

I don’t know why I ever go back to a place that does poor work the first time.
The first time I went to this location I got new tires and the balance was terrible. Had to get them balanced somewhere else. Second time Ihad them fix a tire leak, and they didn’t do anything I drove it home and a couple days later the tire was low again.
Today was the final time… I went to get some air in a tire and they told me I had to wait for the other cars ahead of them, I’ve never had a tire store not drop what they are doing to air up a tire and get on my way.
I have had great experiences at other big o locations in Idaho and the location in south Jordan but don’t trust these guys at this location…

Do not come here! Got an alignment done and it was done completely wrong. I drove down the street and came back to get it fixed and they made me wait while they finished up all of the other cars without an apology!
