Classic Cleaners

This is probably the worst customer service I have EVER received! Over three months ago I made the mistake of taking my boyfriend’s favorite nice shirt here. After picking it up a few days later we realized they had done more damage than good… while the stain was gone there were now a cluster of tiny holes on the collar. They reassured us that they would take care of everything by sending it to a tailor but it is now literally MONTHS later and the issue is still un-​resolved because they won’t give us the tailor’s phone number! Not only is the owner impossible to get a hold of, he never even offered to fix the problem in a timely matter by simply reimbursing us for our loss. Whatever you do… do NOT go here!

Best downtown dry cleaning. Fast, inexpensive, honest. Can you ask for more?

Multiple problems — 1^st they ruined my skirt and then claimed that it had a large discoloration (soft ball sized) when I dropped it off — it didn’t. I had to argue with them to get them to admit that it was possible that they had caused the discoloration. Then… they told me the manager would call me… he didn’t. I returned and again had to argue with them to provide any solution other than me just taking the skirt home, they agreed to try to clean it again. When I picked it up the same worker was there — she pretended not to know who I was. The discolored spot was improved but not perfect… At no time did they apologize or admit that they caused the damage. I would rate the customer service as very poor. 2^nd the prices are absurd! I know there is a large cost range out there, but this cost me about 27 $ to get 2 simple skirts and one sleeve-​less knee length dress cleaned (no silk, just suit skirts and a cotton dress).
