Do not believe their paid reviews.
Bed bugs. Stabbing. Roach infestation (from neighbors). Employees accused of theft on property. Break ins. Promised security guards that never came.
These are a few of the things that happened over the last year with Aspen Pines apartments managed by Concept Property management.
How’s this for customer service? NO phone listed for any office. No way to directly contact your management company with an emergency. They’ve outsourced that job to a call center that sends off your information and then the same call center calls you back with an answer. You do NOT get an actual employee on the phone here.
They can afford this… But if your items need repair or replacing, you will be answered with «it’s not in our budget».
I can’t make this stuff up, people.
Do yourself a favor and keep driving.
Currently: battling to communicate with an actual employee for reimbursed charges to a hotel room that we were forced to stay in, due to an apparent mistake made by a manager when they posted a notice on our door that we would need to be out of our apartment for the full day of 2÷16÷2016.

Out of town property owner here. They keep the renters happy. They are responsive to renters emails and fix things promptly. They have their own trades people who get the supplies and do the repairs same day. Very professional weekly, monthly and annual reports. Reasonable fees.
Highly recommend.

It’s a cool space, two bedroom two bath. Huge bedroom and nice sized walk in closet. I kind of like that there is no smoking on the grounds, it wouldn’t bother me if it were allowed tho. It’s a nice neighborhood and is located about 5 minutes away from anything we need.
We can hear the people above and below us. Nothing really next door. The guy underneath is always screamin, but the the noise from the people above us don’t really bother…
Neighbors all seem nice, tho everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. It’s nice seeing familiar faces tho.
Carpets weren’t shampooed when we moved in and I was told that the little things I would like looked at was considered as average wear and tear and not to worry about it.
Overall I’d recommend it to anyone that is looking for a nice affordable spot. We’ve only been here a couple months, I’ll update within our years lease.
